Chestnut Coffee House + Market

Cute new coffee shop! I wish they had more syrup options. Atmosphere is cozy and aesthetic.

I seek out great, local coffee shops. Just being local doesn’t make it great. Just serving a great roaster doesn’t make the shop great. What makes it great is the atmosphere, the people, the attention to detail, the knowledge and execution of making great drinks. It’s also the desire, time, effort and energy for the owners to make their own syrup, to train their staff correctly and to offer a space for community. Thank you Chestnut Coffee House for being just that!

Super sweet barsita, officially the best coffee I’ve ever had at any coffee shop, got a lavender warm latter so so good! Also got a cranberry pistachio cronut- it was life changing

I’ve been to Chestnut Coffee three times and every time they have messed up my order. I don’t understand how they can screw up an order for coffee and a donut. Very poor customer service. I won’t go back. Which is sad because they are so close to where I live, and they have Scout’s donuts. I will look for another coffee shop that sells Scout’s donuts.

Great little shop. The coffee is solid, though a tad pricey, but the service is great and the cafe is lively and bright.

Absolutely delicious coffee and overall experience! This is such a gorgeous spot and a perfect addition to Greenville! It’s definitely my new favorite!

I used to LOVE coming here, it was my favorite coffee shop. The last couple of months, each time I have come they are out of pastries by 10:00, but it seems they are always adding more and more other options in regards to their market or other random things to purchase at the register (granola bars, etc). I miss when this place first opened and it was a beautiful coffee shop with a great, clean vibe, delicious coffee, and wonderful pastries. Now it’s just overwhelming when you walk in.

All around amazing place! On vacation
here and by far the best coffee we had while here. Creamy oat milk lattes and the nicest people/owners we have ever met.

Also, a healthy market attached!! Great goods and amazing in store made ice cream!!

Stopped for a visit this morning and unwittingly partook of the finest cup of green tea I have ever had in my life. Wasn’t expecting them to take tea seriously (knowing Starbucks’ patterns for example). Very pleasant surprise!
