Brewed Awakenings Coffee House Warwick

My first time there. If I could give different ratings for environment vs service I would give. Overall it was a good experience (why 4 stars). But the cashier could use have used some customer service training as she wasn’t much more than an order taker. Not any acknowledgement when I told her it was my first time there - new to RI and came based on recommendation. She was bored it seemed. I then stood there for 6 minutes for a black coffee. Why? Same cashier left all the beverages wait to be made by another woman. Standing at the register- holding it up? The employee who got me my black coffee apologized for the wait - I told her that I felt bad for her not having any help.

Not sure if this is normal there but one point my friend and I were looking for our coats because it was too cold. Maybe 3 1/2 after all. Not bad...but not very good overall.

First time here. Very nice atmosphere. Menu is quite varied ranging from adult drinks to delicious look pastry. Shared a panini which was pretty good. My only suggestion is that calories be posted for those who care. I even tried the website but no luck. Maybe that info is someplace else.

Phenomenal coffeehouse! A welcome change of pace from the usual Dunkin Donuts or even Starbucks. While this place is mostly geared towards coffee, you can get some great sandwiches, salads, and pastries, as well as beer, wine, and mixed drinks! It was a welcome respite from other places I've been to, and I look forward to coming back soon.

Very strong and delicious coffee options, environment can get loud but is manageable. Good breakfast sandwiches and pastries made fresh daily. Free Wifi and a friendly staff who deliver the food to your table, only downside is parking can be tight at peak times.

Excellent place for a quick lunch or a quiet place to work from your computer. Manager Kat will make sure her place meets all your expectations! I've tried several places to be able to work off site while feeling comfortable and this is it. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed...

The girl working the drive thru today was EXTREMELY rude. She forgot to give us our second coffee then gave us attitude and no apology. I work in the industry myself and understand especially with these tough times but there is absolutely no need to be rude to customers. Needless to say we will not be coming back.

I usually stop there in the mornings but really enjoy having a bite and coffee at night with my girlfriend, atmosphere is awesome. Major complaint and an important one is how they constantly close at different times on a regular basis, plus they seem to never have cold brew left. Set the hours and keep them, planning to go for a coffee pulling up and seeing the "sorry for the inconvenience" sign hanging in the window makes me want to go some where else.

Been a few times and have gotten low-energetic to unfriendly service. I was a dine in customer and my mimosa wasnt good, I asked to have it remade and I was told "No" from 2 staff. Myself and my friend were so surprised. I ended up leaving a full glass at the table. On another occasion the drive thru for me wasnt friendly and I felt rushed with my order. Im unsure if I want to return. The food however was pretty good.

Great location, extremely clean! Wonderful selections of coffee, food, spirits, and more! Love that there's tons of seating. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, etc etc all have nothing in this place! Brewed Awakenings is THE gold standard for coffee shops worldwide!!

The best coffee shops in RI. Great food, great coffee, and you can spend all day in their cafe and no one cares. This is the best spot! For coffee the only place that is even remotely better is AJs in West Warwick for coffee ( although eye opener is so good! I always get it and it is not comparable), and Mary Lous (not comparable as Brewed Awakenings is a destination, Mary Lous has great coffee but no real food or place to study and enjoy the environment)
