Breakfast food is good and coffee is ok. Would love to go in the evening for adult drinks and appetizers but they close way too early! Closing at 6 gives little time to go and eat dinner over a few drinks with some friends. Would love if they were open later so it could be a more laid back bar/coffee shop.

Little expensive.
They goofed up my last order.
Service ok

Very large, loud, and crowded. If you are looking for that quiet coffee shop experience this is not the place. If you're looking for a place to meet with friends and catch up you'll love it. Also has great wifi so if you're the type that is productive with the background noise it's great for that as well. For those who have been in quarantine/isolation too long you may have a panic attack with how many people there are as I've never gone there and it wasn't busy.

Love this place, I go there every Monday. Love the vibe.

Rude awakening. Clearly understaffed and stressed. No line, but had to wait at the counter to place order and ignored for 10 minutes. I had to ask elderly diabetic couple standing nearby if there was a different system of ordering in place. They said the staff added sugar to their iced coffees and needed it remade. I watched as the staff dumped their iced coffees into the sink and reuse the same plastic cup, unrinsed, to remake their iced coffee. Sugar settles at the bottom of iced coffees doesn't it? Why not remake it entirely in a new plastic cup and discard the incorrect order? Aren't there protocols in place to ensure customer safety and health?

Very good coffe. So much to choose from. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

Visited Warwick bald hill location. Ordered a wrap to go and chips, was told chips and pickle come with it if it’s to stay but would have to pay for chips separate if to go ? Waiting time was long.
Got the iced cafe mocha... horrible, I threw it out.
Will not return.

Atmosphere was decent, and tables dirty staff unwilling to help with basic questions. Food was subpart at best. Good theory and can see the vision for an experience. Won't visit again. Expensive for the experience.

Always a roll of the dice. Went for first time in over a year. A friend ordered a PB&J. They brought out a bagel with PB dripping out the sides of it and a bit of jelly. Asked for white bread instead. Answer was we don't have any. I got an Italian grinder which had a side of maybe 7 tortilla chips. Odd combo. Some days you get some sort of toast like chips, some days you get tortilla, sometimes alot, sometimes a little, sometimes nothing. Occasionally an order comes out as expected. Probably skip this place for another year.

Can’t believe I paid $15 for a dry panini and expired chips. I won’t be back
