The Bald hill store was packed when I walked in, not only was it packed but it appeared as if everyone got there food in a reasonable amount of time. Unlike the other stores, Warwick has table service where the employees come right to you and deliver you food this is very unique for a coffee shop. If you are ever in the Warwick area you must stop by for a quick bite to eat.

Love this place! My favorite place to get an iced chai and an acai bowl. Friendly staff and great local business. Way better than going to a chain. Support local!

Best coffee shop in Rhode Island both the Warwick and Johnston locations are amazing! My favorite breakfast sandwich of all time the South Jess wrap! Great place

Well the place is so much for study, though it’s crowded most of the times, people do visit the place to sit and study or work for hours without any distraction. They have very light music ON always which will keep you alive all the time during your preparation or work or even talk with your friend. Food is great.

I was really disappointed. This place has the feel of a sprawling chain restaurant. Noisy, with TVs on the wall. A huge menu and tons of seating. But not what I want in a place that calls itself a "coffee house." Coffee was obviously buried at the bottom of this place's list of priorities. Definitely not a place to study, meet for a date, or relax.

I work in customer service so I'm always polite say thank you and please. I went through the drive through on my lunch break for a chai. The transaction went pretty well until I received my order. It was a small and I politely said "oh it was supposed to a medium" after paying 5 dollars for the drink (4.27 I have the rest as a tip regrettably). The gentleman rolled his eyes and walked away from me. He came back, practically threw the chai at me, and didn't even look me in the eye. The walked right away and his co worker was laughing at the situation. It's bad enough the delicious drinks are horribly over priced but to be a dick on top of it? I'll be calling the manager later, because I'm a manager and this would be unacceptable. You don't know what someone is going through but at the same time it's your JOB to provide good customer service regardless if what's going on in your personal life. Not to mention the taste of the drink was disgusting no idea what they did to it!

I usually going to this location all the time . But today was terrible. The hot coffee I recieved was lurk warm and I waited over 25 mintues for a basic plain bagel with butter. My grandfather who had come in with me who also waited with me who I had to tell to go to his car for having stood for so long . Not only after the 25 mintues wait my bagel was barely toasted and loaded with too much bagel . Kinda disappointed.

If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy coffee and read a book, this is not the best choice. Being in the city it was extremely busy and very loud, and the staff had the appearance of being very rushed and impatient. This should not be taken as the service was bad, the staff simply had a lot to keep track of; the fact they were still kind was amazing to me in fact. The selection of coffee and food options was quite staggering when compared to typical coffee chains, which made it difficult to come to a decision quickly. As far as coffee goes it was average, about what you'd expect from a chain coffee shop, probably about at Tim Hortons level. It didn't exactly jump out at me, and were it not for a friend taking me here I most likely would not have stopped in myself. The food was good, and despite being busy came pretty quick. I unfortunately didn't get a chance to sample their baked goods and so cannot describe how those were. Overall I would have to say Brewed Awakenings is about average when it comes to coffee chain. If you need breakfast and coffee its certainly a step up from Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds but it is no where near to a small and/or local café.

Place used yo be OK but today it sucked. Long wait for food with not many people. Way to much pepper on flat bread pizza. So much we could not eat it. We had yo wait 25 minutes for a flat bread pizza that should have been out on10 minutes. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE. SUCKS AND MANAGERS DID NOTHING.

The food and coffee are decent. Id rate higher if they had reliable internet. Yet anytime I’ve come to this location and seen more than 4 people on their computers I can bet their internet won’t load. It’s a huge coffee house, on a main road, and not too far from a college campus. Reliable internet is key. They’ve repeatedly had this problem and don’t seem interested in addressing it. Just a heads up. Starbucks is across the street.
