Brewed Awakenings Coffee House Warwick

I messaged corporate a few weeks ago and heard nothing back. I'm here almost every day, spending about $15 a day here. MOST of the time, my order is either wrong or they forgot items. It is absolutely infuriating. Please fix this!!! Get staff that actually listen to customers. I spend far too much money here each week for my orders to be inaccurate.

I come to this location very often and I like the coffee here, great food too. But a couple days ago I came here around 8pm ordered a cafe 1316, and it tasted very watery. Ok I though it was just a little mistake for once, I didn't say anything about it. But today Oct 17, I came in at 4:30pm got a latte and it tasted watery too, I asked the girl to remake it, now I only taste the espresso without any milk. Seriously? I think the owner should be aware somebody working here is ruining his business.

I got SouthJess wrap but there is no avocado there. Guys, please use avocado. I don’t mention pepper, cheese and onion (little little bit there) 😄 They were also not there, but avocado?It was egg wrap, nothing else. I wanted to eat avocado today, paid total 27$ but disappointed 😞 2 stars for your spot. It is really great! 🤩

The wait is way too long at most times. You order a simple bagel with cream cheese and they forget to give you a knife to spread the cream cheese. The food is good just very slow so if you have a half hour lunch break expect to spend the entire break waiting for your order.

Delicious coffee! GF options available. Pictured is the Chicken Salad Sandwich on GF bread... IT WAS VERY TASTY!!! Free wifi. Despite it being pretty busy, there wasn't a huge noise level, so if you needed to do school work etc on your electronic devices, you could do so peacefully. Also, the timing from when I ordered to the time I recieved my sandwich was very quick....5 minutes at most. HUGE, spacious booths can accommodate you and several friends.Tables are nice size too. Gorgeous outdoor seating area! Staff was super friendly. Prices are reasonable...I never mind paying a little extra for coffee that's fresh and tastes great. If I could give one point of constructive criticism, it would be the ladies bathroom. The bathroom wasn't filthy, but was a bit unkempt.

The coffee and food is very good, but the customer service is usually not so great. The woman usually taking orders in the morning at the drive through always welcomes you with "What can I get for you" in a tone that says I'm definitely bothering her by being there. The rest of my interactions with staff there just generally leave something to be desired.

Good coffee, but my order seems to always get messed up. Yesterday got no cream and sugar in coffee and today got egg put on my sandwich and I specifically did not ask for egg. I hate having to put emphasis on what I don't want. Even the recipient doesn't have egg on it. Someone back there is definitely just going through the motions and not listening. Will have to stop going and it's a shame since everyone from my job raves about it.

I received a reply about my 3 star rating. Last visit was about 10 days ago. We chose to sit outside, because of the warmers, well the server said he didn't know how to turn them on & noone else did..then they dropped 1 of our orders when it was re-made another server handed it to us in a To-go box we were clearly not leaving. Food & drinks are always great, but the rest wasn't so great.

Ignored inside the store then they forgot about my order. I was one of the only people in there. Took 20 minutes to get coffee. The guy behind me left but I had already paid or I would have too. Thursday morning. Craziness

Baked goods are tasty. Coffee is amazing. Drive-thru is slow because everyone orders food which takes a while to make. South County location is just as relaxed and enjoyable
