Coffee Connection North Providence

Food here is delicious but every coffee I order from here tastes disgusting. Whenever I ask for sugar, my drink is always extremely bitter. I was just here today and ordered an almond milk latte which I ended up throwing out because it had a gross chemically taste. From now on I will only go for the sandwiches.

I’m normally not one to complain because I myself work at a coffee shop, but this time was a bit different. The 2 girls at the front counter didn’t know how to use the debit card swipe. Then the WiFi password she gave me was wrong. I’m not one to complain but I waited over 20 minutes for my sandwich when I could have easily gone to Dunkin’. $14 was a waste of my money.

Everytime I come in here the girls are always pleasant, it smells great, and there is a huge variety of things to choose from. I love that they have a drive thru. I've tried almost everything and loved it.. even the take home coffee!! Highly recommend.

First off let me thank the incredible service provided by Aria i believe that was her name she had braids and was limping around. She quickly made my daughter feel at home and comfortable. This young lady is what customer service should be in an age where employees are like robots and don't connect with the customers. My daughter and I loved and enjoyed the food and drinks. The everything bagel was everything and more!!! the smoothie and shakes were done right. if i had to complain it would be the fact that my food didn't last long since it was sooo good. forget dunkin, starbucks, or another cafe or eatery in North Providence, Coffee connection is the place to go. PS. the manager should really think about promoting or giving a raise to that girl!!! We will be coming back for sure. thank you

There coffee is excellent however the service is extremely slow and you would think after raising pricing every year consecutively and over taxing they can afford more competent help. Also what kind of coffee shop does not have donuts on hand especially when the manager gets them from the honey dew donuts down the road. Lastly having a $5 dollar minimum for debit cards is ludicrous. Maybe if you had donuts on hand I'd spend $5 but I'm done giving you guys chances.

Wasnt done ordering at drive thru and the lady was quick to move me up to the window- no customer service, I just noticed my 7yr old just ate raw bacon after she brought me her sandwich, and the smoothies are watery. What a waste of my money -$35 and how embarrassing for my family. And no I don’t want an invite back. Stop trying to invite us back with your responses its cringing. Fix the business. There is NO connection.

I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to order and they seemed to be ignoring me. Then a girl asked if I was all set and I said yes and then she walked away. When my order was finally taken and coffee given to me, the coffee was watery and barely had a flavor. It’s mother’s day and the coffee was supposed to be for my mom to surprise her.

Coffee Connection is my all time favorite place to go, I love the variety! From coffee to protein shakes, to salads and acai bowls. They have it all and everyone is super friendly! Love love love CC <3

Coffee Connection North Providence has been my go to coffee shop since the day they opened their doors. The food and drinks are amazing and the customer service is exceptional! I’ve never had anything but a delightful experience here.
