Ordered two coffees and a wrap. They forgot about my wrap and when i ended up finally getting it, I had to return it. The associate cut the wrap in half while it was wrapped in aluminum foil. This caused my chicken salad to have bits of foil it in. The employees all seemed to be overwhelmed and not cheerful. Coffee was delicious, but the whole experience does not have me rushing back for another one.

Yes they do have a unique coffee menu I will give them that. Smoothie menu was about 10 options. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and was given bacon instead of sausage. Sandwich was okay, nothing memorable at all for $6.50 with dry eggs. Smoothie at $5.50 still had whole blueberries that clogged the straw.

Egg, “ham” and cheese bagel. In all fairness, if you unfold the slice of ham, it covers 1/3 on the bagel.

This place has a bit of a wait for just a simple drip coffee. I didn't see any creamer out for customers so I asked for cream. They steamed the cream before adding the coffee which was a nice touch. Coffee was good but not really hot. I'd go back.

I had a pretty good lunch, got the Mediterranean wrap on spinach wrap.
Tasted good but just to much liquid caused the wrap to fall apart. Perfect last time, this time was pretty good.

Best coffee and sandwiches in RI! I can’t start my day without my iced coffee (chocolate peanut butter is the best!)

Fiancé picked me up a coffee and ordered a breakfast sandwich — no cheese, gluten free bagel (food allergy issues big time for me). Usually they will forget the no cheese, and I’m stuck scraping the it off — happens everywhere. After three bites in today, realized they left the cheese off but served the egg and meat on a plain, traditional bagel… that is full of gluten.
Thanks for the next week and a half of GI upset — next time, be like your co-workers and admit that you’re out of gluten free options. By taking the lazy choice, you’re making the public very sick and turning customers away.

The drive thru staff is very impatient and not helpful when asking questions in regards to customizing your order. Very rude and you feel rushed(specifically on weekends)

My wife won't drink their coffee and I don't drink coffee myself, so the only reason I go is for the jalapeno cheddar bagel and a protein shake once in a while. Service is usually good, they get people in and out quickly, and I've never gotten a wrong item from them.
