I was going here every morning for a large black iced coffee. Lately the coffee tastes and looks very watered down. With the exception of a few, the staff clearly doesn’t want to be there. Today I ordered my usual— should be 4.16. At first the girl stated $5.50 …I asked for what. She stayed large iced coffee. I asked if the prices went up. She said no. I stated I had been coming daily since they opened. She asked whether I still wanted the coffee. I paid for my coffee and was charged $4.90…
Frankly it’s not the 74 cents. It’s the principle!
Did she tip herself? Who knows. I just know I’m done with this place. Between the declining quality, the unfriendly staff and now this, there are plenty of coffee places in the area that I’ll frequent instead

I come here frequently. It can get pretty busy, and they aren’t always fully staffed, but I always have a positive experience. Stopped by this morning to grab a quick drink before work, and was taken care of by Jay. She is easily one of their best employees. She always has a smile on her face, is very polite, and efficient. I love when I come in and see that she is working.

2/21/23 Just ordered an iced coffee, haven't been here in so long. Seems like the plastic cups are really thin now. I went to grab my coffee from the young girl at the window and the cup squeezed inward. Coffee went all over my hand, I wasn't even offered a napkin. She took the coffee back in and closed the window for a sec, came back out and she told me how to grab the cup... No apology, no nothing.🫡 Luckily it was raining out so atleast it washed off my car. 😕 Yeah, Have a good day. 👍

I used to come here because I liked the food and the staff was always nice and quick but now the people working there feel like they don’t wanna be there on top of taking 30 minutes to get an order when there were only 3 cars ahead of me, I work at a restaurant but I always show my customers a great attitude it doesn’t matter if I’m having a bad day once I walk through those doors any problem I have it stays at the door because customers don’t need to know about or deal with my problems. Also, the food used to feel fresh and very highly quality but I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and as I bit it right in the middle it was cold and soggy and the smoothie tasted as if it had ruined ingredients. Totally disappointed on this place now especially the customer service.

I’ve gone here a few times because I keep giving them another chance but every single time I have gone they have made my coffee wrong. I don’t even ask for anything crazy! I get an iced extra cream extra sugar and it is always made wrong. I always stress to them that I like my coffee with extra extra cream and it’s always made dark. Today it came out dark but I said I’ll just add cream at home. I get home and add cream and then sip it and there’s no sugar in it! I even went inside this time and only ordered one coffee. I’m just tired of wasting my money here. If the coffee was made right I would have rated higher but unfortunately that’s not the case. I wanted to support a small local coffee shop but I’ll have to go else where. Not to mention don’t go thru the drive thru unless you want to sit for half an hour.

Coffee connection has amazing drinks and food, but this location is the worst. Without fail, it will always take twenty minutes at the very least to get a simple order. The workers fool around all the time at this location.

Place is going downhill. Ordered a rainforest punch made with milk. Was absolutely disgusting. Brought it back to be remade and get home and it's just as bad. Call to speak to a manager to find out what's going because this doesn't normally happened to be met with attitude telling me it's because I didn't ask for orange juice in it. There is no option for that in the text ordering only a dairy option. I try and explain this to her and I'm told I'm wrong. She made the drink wrong twice, gave me attitude saying I should of asked for the orange juice ( how am I suppose to know it was made without it? Your the one making the drink) and she was training a new kid ( who she wasn't properly training). Didn't even seem like they did real measurements for the drinks either, they just did whatever they felt like. Sad to write this considering this use to be a go to spot.

So disappointed. Went to this location at 2:59pm for a coffee and a bagel. The girl at the counter told me they were done with food for the day. Sign on the door says they close at 4 on weekdays. Not sure why they stopped serving food an hour early.

Excellent place, gets busy cause they are so good. My one concern is when that happens that the person taking your order and handling your money does not do so with the same gloves that she handles your food.
