They have fanastic teas and coffee and the staff is knowleable and helpful. There are also comfy places to hang out. I love it and go there for coffee when I'm in the neighborhood I think their coffee is the best around.

i come to Cranston brewed everyday almost, since they opened. I came in this morning and made a girl at the counter aware that a truck was parked in a handicapped spot, she said she was going to tell "ED'. Well 30mins later and the truck is still parked in the handicapped spot. Nothing was done. Very unprofessional, and discourteous to say the least. and unlawful.

Perfect foam, great coffee, but the pastry was stale.

Disappointed!
(A guy came and went table to table asking people to buy stuff if they want to sit). I personally felt it insulting!
Couple of days back I saw manager in Johnston yelling at elderly women employ, which I felt was very disrespectful behavior toward an older person. He didn't realize that customers can see him.
That day I wanted to write about what I saw but gave manager a benefit of doubt. Probably I should have wrote it earlier.

Every time I go to this location I see at least one person not wearing a face mask. Last I checked, it was the law to require all businesses to enforce it but the staff here don't seem to care because they never say/do anything about it.

Very nice place. Good selection of drinks, food, and snacks. Line moved quickly and staff was friendly.

Italian fig sandwich overloaded with figs, despite express instructions to the contrary. And $3.75 cappuccino was way lighter than lower priced Starbucks tall cappuccino.

Food was good as usual, but the Hazelnut coffee wasn't Hazelnut, but Hazelnut "flavored"...two different things...flavored was sweet...yuch.

Selection not as large as it use to be and prices of course have increased like everything else. Was a little turned off by the large political sign for governor when I walked in

Good latte but place is messy. Dirty carpet and table tops, tons of dust on chairs. They obviously do not clean this place. Awful habit, lousy management.
