Delightful caramel mocha latte! No burnt tasting espresso here! Clean restaurant and friendly staff!

I ordered a sandwich today and while I was waiting the Guy in the back came out and grabbed the dirty dishes and about 5 mins later he brought my sandwich out to me with those same gross gloves. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I am unsure if he made it but chances are he did. Not only is it unsanitary but we also have to worry about covid. Not to mention you pay top dollar for their sandwiches that come out wrong every time . I'm seriously disgusted.

The coffee and food are great, although I come to this location often, and have been for years, I still expect to have my order made wrong or coffee re-made. For some reason, the training the of the workers seems to lack. I like the food and coffee, but go in to this location knowing well that something will not be made right. Today, I went and ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant- simple... they forgot the cheese. I ordered a caramel nut biscotti coffee with mocha sauce, soy milk no sugar, when I received it, it was made with sugar and no mocha. When it was re-made , it was made without sugar but the kid made it by mixing mocha coffee flavor rather than the sauce. I don’t know when this will change at this location.

This place is yumm, my only comment is there arent more of them thoughts about East Providence? But seriously comfy indoor seating atmosphere with a fireplace. Healthy food options and you cant get a caramel nut biscotti coffee anywhere else so there's definitely that. Little more pricey but well worth it.

The girl at the counter was nice, but everything else was slightly off.
I ordered a large drip coffee and the cashier seemed not to know what that was. Had to rephrase three times before she understood what i want. I didn't even get a large, I reciveved a medium.
We also ordered a large mocha and got a large coffee with chocolate sauce in it. Not a mocha. I also had to go back inside as my food was not in the bag with the other item.
Coffee is nothing great but it's okay. Muffin was dry. Apparently the eggs were pretty good.

Try to support Local Small Businesses vs going to the "chains", even though a lot of the local Dunkin Donuts (D&D) are owned by individuals. But it's getting harder and harder to rationalize paying extremely high prices at places like Brewed Awakenings when the service is bad and the food is not much better than the D&D. Ordered two or three times online for pickup, its just awful! 1. The order is never ready when it's time for pick up. The benefit and reason for pre-order (including paying ahead of time) is so you can pop in, grab, and Go. Not pop in, have to wait for someone to come over to you, ask for your order, have them look it up in a computer, put the order together, and then make your drink. At D&D it's already done and waiting for you to Grab and Go, so easy!! 2. Since I had to wait for my drink to be made, I was able to watch the kid make it. He poured milk into a blender pitcher, added couple scoops of a pre mixed powder, added some ice, and blended. Then he poured it into a to-go cup. Took maybe 2 min and was made with ingredients I could buy at a store. So why am I paying $6.00 for this med size drink?! I think I answered my own question. D&D from now on.

This location has just been disappointing lately. My girlfriend and I have been coming here regularly for a year plus a few months, and we got to know everybody who worked there. We were greeted by name everytime we came in and they often knew what we ordered. Now the atmosphere is completely different as expected, but also the quality is completely different, which is the disappointment. I can't finish any coffee I order anymore as it's just bad. I order my coffee with regular cream and sugar and I never get sugar, or at least very, very little. Every time I ask for more I get greeted with a rude "I just put sugar in there" or my favorite "that's not how it was ordered", and I'm forced to feel guilty about having my coffee made wrong. We usually order a South Jess Wrap with egg whites, and 8 out of the last 10 times it's come with yolks included, which causes a littany of stomach issues for us. Why don't we go back and have them fix it? Oh, we tried once. We were told we'd need to wait at least 30 minutes as the line was long. Nobody there knew how to issue refunds as they are all new, and we couldn't wait the 30 minutes. It was suggested to come back the next day and surprise, nobody had any idea what we were talking about when we said "we ordered a sandwich yesterday but didn't get it, they said we could get it today". Most likely because that's not how any business operates. In summation, I used to love this location, but its operations and management of day to day operations has declined immensely and I'm at the point where I'm not going to spend money to throw away most of a coffee and a sandwich everyday.

Re the a.k.a Rued Awakenings experience today: We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches today and took them home only to discover every single one was wrong. The first sandwich was missing the bacon we were upcharged for. The next sandwich was put on a toasted croissant and had barely a crumb of roasted red pepper, when we had requested untoasted and were upcharged for both. Finally, the last sandwich was put on an english muffin, instead of a croissant, which we also paid more for. None of the sandwiches included mayo as ordered.
Before deciding on Brewed Sadness today we were trying to recall why we haven't been in so long. This one order with 3 failed sandwiches has certainly reminded us. Please stop blaming Covid for getting every single thing wrong.
By the way this occurred at the location in Cranston. The option in your form has misspelled the location; yet more evidence of your utter disregard to detail. Also, your website is not allowing submissions of feedback or questions. Is this evidence of issues in both your technical and care departments as well? Perhaps Rude Awakenings is more apt?

Traveling from Florida and I wanted to visit a local Cafe. Found this gem. The lady behind the counter with short blonde hair had an amazing personality and customer service. Plus the pistachio nut muffin was delicious.

$7.56 for bacon, egg (2), and cheese on a bagel 🤣🤣🤣. I moved here from Manhattan , at the most expensive places it was $5.50. These people are clearly maintaining an astronomical coke habit.
