Haley is as kind as she is beautiful, what a knockout. Great coffee tooooo.
The coffee has been delicious every single time and it's never overly sweet! I especially loved the maple vanilla latte, wishing it wasn't a seasonal drink. I do wish they had a greater variety of syrups instead of the usual ones, but I will usually choose the syrup that goes along with their limited-time, specialty drinks. I was very surprised to pay over $7 for a large hot, flavored latte with oat milk. I don't even pay that much at their larger competitor! I guess that will affect how frequently I return, but the continued delicious drinks and good service will keep me coming back.

I like Americano coffee and I had yet to try Scooter's coffee. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because the service was good. I could not drink the coffee at all. Even my husband hated it. The coffee tasted like burnt McDonalds coffee. I do know what good coffee taste like. I lived in NYC and the metro area for 30 years. I have drank coffee in some of the finest coffee houses. Certianaly, I don't expect world class coffee in Ankeny, but a decent cup is expected. In all I would say the best Americano in Ankeny is Main St Cafe.

Everytime I go there I’m in and out the drive through in I swear under a minute. Their small size is about the medium size at starbucks so i feel like i’m getting more too for less $. Tastes great.

Just a little drive thru coffee place. It is a chain of drive thru. The coffee is a little high but it is good.

Went to get my coffee like I always do. Paid with a gift card and someone working took a pic of our gift card and made $115.98 purchase. Currently in the process of pressing charges. What your cards there!!!
Visited Scooter's for the 1st time on Sat July 23rd. It was a hot sunny day, so I asked the attendant over the speaker for a suggestion. She thought I should try the Caramelicious Blender, and after she described it, I said "hell yeah." Terrific blend of coffee, caramel, whip cream, caramel drizzle topping... just wish I'd ordered a large! 5 stars for Scooter's on my 1st visit!

Staff is the friendliest I've seen in a while. Thank you very much to the girl serving at the window today for the small talk while I waited for my order. Even the smallest little gesture, insignificant as it may seem, can brighten someone's day.
Always smooth and quick
We had never been to this chain before- was pretty disappointed. We stopped on a road tip to get a coffee and something to eat. Ordered breakfast burritos- it was in packaging similar to what you would find at a gas station. It did not taste good. The coffee was fine. We won’t be stopping here again.
I love this Scooter's. The employees are always so nice and sound excited to be taking your order! And they work efficiently, I have never waited long for good coffee. There is something for everyone here with the big drink selection.
