Staff here is always super friendly and seems genuinely interested when they ask what you have going on or will interact with you in some way while you wait for your order. Great price for how much coffee you get and the sugar free option on everything is a major bonus
The management is top notch and will address any issues immediately if they ever arise. My wife loves the coffee and goes through daily for the Blondie.
Went to 7Brew for the first time this morning. The service was great! All the staff are super sweet. We asked for recommendations and they did not disappoint. I got the cinnamon roll and my husband got the white chocolate mocha, both iced. They are both delicious! This morning they had a BOGO deal and the staff were all dressed up and had fun music playing. We will definitely be back!

I've been here enough times to get a "FREE" Drink and I'm almost halfway in getting my 2nd "FREE" Drink. After you buy 10 drinks, the next one is "FREE" and it doesn't matter if you get a Large, extra shots of Espresso, etc., you still get it "FREE"! Make sure when you go, to have them sign you up for Rewards. They take your mobile number and that's what you give them anytime you order your drink. I've been extremely impressed by this place. The music is always pumping, getting you in a happy mood as soon as you drive into line (At least, I get happy when I hear the music LOL). Everyone that works here, that I have met so far, has been extremely personable and very kind. They make you feel like you've been going there for year's (even though the place just recently opened in Ankeny). The prices are actually pretty good, compared to Starbucks and/or Duncan Donuts. They are also very efficient. Hands down, they are better than Starbucks and Duncan Donuts. Drinks are much better and the prices are much better!!! My son even likes them better than Starbucks! He had went to Starbucks and got himself a medium latte with oat milk and honey and 5 shots. It cost him over $9 for 1 drink. I called him and let him know that I was stopping to get a coffee from 7Brew, would he like one, so I got him a medium iced latte, oat milk and honey with 5 shots and got myself a Toasted Coconut Chiller with Whipped Cream (delicious) and both cost $11.00 which is way cheaper than Starbucks!!! My son really liked the drink. He said it tasted like the latte that he used to get every day in AZ. He said the honey they use is really good. My son and I now get our drinks at 7 Brew Coffee!

Better than the major competitor. Way more upbeat and friendly.
Overall poor experience. #1 complaint - Kids Italian soda was clear full of ice. My kid finished within 10 seconds of leaving. #2 - staff was overly obnoxious. Very much in your face. #3 - Blondie is very bland. #4 - (only positive) - Blended Cinnamon Roll was tasty. Not nearly as good as any blended drink I've tried at Ziggi's in Ankeny, but overall decent. Would not recommend.
Customer service is exceptional! I've gotten a Blondie and iced teas. Both really good! Drive thru is really quick.

OK I'm impressed, didn't think any one could beat Duncan's mocha latte for value and taste but they did! Very rich flaver and large cup
I had an amazing experience here! Love the music, high energy, helpful employees, and just the atmosphere of this place because of everyone who works here! I hope 7 Brew is paying them all what they deserve for everything they do at this location because without them and the great drinks and the sections I wouldn’t go here at all.
This is the best place for a pick me up coffee stop. Workers are always nice and talk with you. Very fast service with such a great cup of coffee. Triple 7 is amazing give it a try.

Hands down the best drive thru coffee shop around , way way better than any scooters or even Starbucks , staff is always so friendly and always willing to chat while ur waiting for ur coffee :)
