Ordered to pick up, got charged twice, and the food wasn't ready for pickup.

Great place to study, decently fast WiFi, pleasant staff, and kept clean.

I love Caribou drinks & am so happy to have one in town! This location provides great drinks that are consistent with the drinks I’ve gotten from other brand locations. I love that they have a drive thru. I usually go through the drive thru and always have a great experience talking with the employee at the window. The only thing that I would like to see done differently is that whenever I pop through the drive thru, they always ask if I’m a rewards member - I’m not, but I would like to be. I’ve asked how I can sign up a few times and the employees don’t seem to know how to direct me. I’d assume that they have to ask customers if they are rewards members, so some more training for the employees on how to sign up customers who aren’t current rewards members would be great.
The last 4 times I've gone to this location they've messed up my order in at least one way. The last 2 time I've gotten the wrong drink, which is annoying but they're still usually good so i don't bother saying anything. Today they were out of several things that the app said they had in stock, which i understand isn't the fault of the location, but this is the 4th time in a row. Who cuts a bagel like this?
I absolutely love coffee from Caribou.
I love the consistency of the coffee at all caribous. I ordered the campfire mocha with both milk and dark chocolate; it didn’t disappoint. I love that they have a really good food selection. In fact, I think their menu puts their competitors to shame. I love how customizable their drink selection is. This location is very convenient. I for sure will be back

My go to coffee shop when visiting Ankeny from the UK. A great selection, fast and friendly service and reasonably priced. What more could you want from a coffee shop?
Caribou is a place that I really like. It's open later than other coffee shops. I have favorite places but they shut down early. This is one of my places. Love it.
Served sandwiches with ice cold eggs and soggy buns. Super gross.
Highly recommend you guys try the ho ho mint mocha hot or cold doesn't matter cuz they're both great.
I have been enjoying the holiday ho ho mint mocha hot and cold. It is delicious and a little bit life-changing. Every time I've ordered it from this location it's been perfect every time. The service here is phenomenal that alone deserves five stars.
I come here almost everyday right when they open. Today I stopped in about 20 minutes after open and the store still wasn’t open and there were no cars in the parking lot. Very disappointed.
I come here pretty often. This morning, I ordered a campfire mocha and I definitely forgot to let them know i wanted it iced and they made me a hot drink. I told the girl at the window and she was so kind and told me to keep the hot one and she would make me a new iced one. Such a sweet girl!
Caribou always has good coffee. It doesn't seem to matter which one you buy from. This particular location has a very limited menu for drink flavors and a small amount of muffins, cookies, etc. selection.

Your matcha tea cooler with bubbles is my go-to summer drink! PLEASE get more bubbles for some of your locations though. I hate that they always run out when there's still plenty of summer to go
