I ordered and paid for a medium drink, I get to the window and they made a small. Instead of making me a new one and giving the small away like they usually do. The girl shamelessly pours the small drink into the medium cup and fills it with ice and some milk. right in front of me, so instead of getting a my medium drink which again, is what I PAID for, I get iced milk. Now I don’t know how challenging it must be to make a drink, but if I wanted iced milk, I’m sure I could’ve managed to put that together at home. now I have to buy Starbucks every morning instead of Dutch bros bc I am extremely petty and I don’t even like Starbucks but idc it’s the principle of it all you know ? In conclusion, I hope her shift sucked as much as my drink did
We are from the Midwest so we hadn’t tried Dutch Bros before, but we had it twice while in Sacramento. Really inventive flavors (like snickerdoodle and German chocolate)! You can apply those to any base: iced coffee, hot coffee, hot cocoa, or frozen/blended. Overall we would definitely recommend. The only downside for us was that the nitro cold brew comes with ice, which we didn’t expect, and that means you get a lot less actual coffee!
I love Dutch bros, but I hate that they ask for a tip before even proving service. I feel it's a Bully tipping. People need to stop tipping people before they provide a service. It's gone way over board now!
Great place for tasty coffee drinks and to even chill. It’s a great place for car people to meet up at. The atmosphere is very welcoming.
I don't usually drink coffee, but when I do, it's Dutch Brothers. I wish there were more locations. Maybe on the I-5 side *hint hint*. This location consistently has the longest lines and wait times of all the other Dutch Bros. Probably because it's the closest one to all the homes out on the fringes. Staff always manage to keep the wait times down, all while keeping a smile on their face.

OG gummybear is one of my favorite drinks here.
they have hot chocolate....who knew? And it is quite delicious

This place is always on point. Smiles, great chats with employees, and delicious drinks.
Their parking lot set up and customer service needs improvement. I followed their signs and waited in line for the employee taking orders to get to me. Right as he was at the last car another car cut through and pulled in front of me and the employee immediately walked over to their car and started helping them. Their coffee is usually good, when it's made correctly, but not good enough to deal with that and have to wait even longer.
I took my 14 yr old daughter here for the first time...She LOVED it! But honestly who doesn't like Dutch Bros🤷🏽♀️
Visited Sacramento for Aftershock Festival and decided to check out what the Dutch Bros hype is all about! Not disappointed! Starting with the in-n-out style service with our order taken by a nice guy with great customer service, to the well laid-out two lane drive thru, and the super nice barista with a huge smile, excellent! The drink sizes are bigger! Fatter cups! The flavors are unique and the pastry options are big! I recommend it!
Dutchy is always so delicious! I used the load card option in app for the first time and i promise I'm never going back! Definitely convenient and always in and out!
Love the coffee, love the service, love the atmosphere, and I love the coffee rewards with the app. One word of warning though, if you have allergies or sensitivities you should look up the ingredients before you go because the baristas don't always know. There is wheat in the caramel, I found out the hard way.
What can you say about the best coffee shop in the world. The people are amazing and it's better than Starbucks

I L O V E Dutch Bros but every time (9/10) I ask for light ice my cup looks like this. No joke! I asked for light ice today and this is what I got… Outside of the ice issue service is always great and fast.
