I waited in a 45 minute line because none of the other vendors where allowed to sale drinks since onit coffee where the ones who put the car show event together (I heard this from a few booths I asked if they sold atleast water at) anyways I got a smoothie and my husband a lemonade, THEY WHERE WAYYYY TO SWEET! They had to of used an obscene amount of syrup flavor to get our drinks, one full of ice, and the other blended with ice, that sweet. They where NOT worth the $10.75 they charged for a medium drink. That's another thing, $10.75 FOR A MEDIUM DRINK🤯 so we paid $21.50 for 2 medium drinks...
I have always recieved great customer service and the drinks have been fantastic! I highly recommend trying them out!
If I could give a 0 I would.. worst customer service ever... poor door dasher had to wait 30 min and was so upset because walk up customers were more important... saw 2 other door dasher leave. Rude lady helping telling lady sorry you have to wait.. our walk up customers are more important. For a small company to say that some customers are more important then others is unacceptable and I will never go there again. Who wants to wait 30 min for coffee tea and ice cream?

The drinks are way too sweet for my taste, but the reason for the low stars is not because of that. I’ve talked to a few vendors at the markets they have and it sounds like they have markets without requiring food permits from their food vendors. I asked the city about this and they’ve apparently been warned before but still haven’t done anything about this. Please be careful if you go to their markets, they don’t require permits for food and you could get food illnesses from the other vendors they have here. They also charge $125-$250 for a vendor spot which is actually 100x the price of most vendor spots at more popular market. They are a money grab with no care for public health.
The customer service here was bad and they took really long to make two drinks. Maybe the drink wasn’t blended enough but there was a bunch of these hard pieces of who knows what in the drink. I didn’t even want them to remake my drink because of how rude they were. Never coming back here again and I suggest you shouldn’t.
Very welcoming staff. Sweet truck right outside Precision MD. Their drinks are on point, a very generous size. Prices are very reasonable. Go here to support local businesses. Great the staff well, they do a fantastic job. It may take time to get your drink done. Relax, it's not the end of the world. They want to give you the best product and that takes time.
This place was a little out of the way for us but it was worth it. Friendly and helpful staff and lots of drink options. Got the Thai boba tea and the strawberry vanilla onergy and they were both delicious. Will return here if I'm ever in the area.
Super customer service. It was my first time here and I had a big order and the person taking it was really patient. She also gave me a stamp card and stamped it out without even asking if I wanted it. She was really polite and made my little girl really happy because she was the one that ordered. The drinks were unique and very tasty. Definitely a five star place.

Lately everytime I come here ; they make my drink different everytime . This time I asked them to remake it & they didn’t . They jus added crumbles to it & gave it back to me . It was watery coffee when it was suppose to be like a frost drink . This is like the 3rd time it has happened to me. I never left a review but I’m not going back anymore .
Wasn't feeling a coffee but was pleasantly suprised that they offered protein shakes. 25 grams and they have other milk alternatives like oat milk. one of the best protein shakes I've had and it's NOT herbalife which is a huge plus. they have a small tented area outside to enjoy your drink. The employees were very friendly as well!
Wonderful experience here, would have given them a 5 star but the wait time was excruciatingly long and I think time management would help at this place. But besides that's drinks were amazing and service was good
The boba is not real boba. It’s so weird and gross. It’s like a jelly candy. It doesn’t have that slimy exterior nor the chewiness it should have. It’s also not even round. And it’s a golden orange color. So strange.
I love this coffee place. Prices are good, and its a tasty treat every time I come here.
We drive 30 miles to get the different drinks that are available.

I've never heard of them before. We stopped to check out a vendor fair and they were there. Really good coffee, very pleased! I got a hot caramel macchiato, husband got an iced one.
I visited this underrated coffee place with my boyfriend. I ordered caramel macchiato and my boyfriend tried their strawberry smoothie, trust it was really a great experience and I m glad that we visited their.
This is a really great find! I was surprised I hadn’t known about it before. They are really friendly here, if you’re not sure what to get they help you find something you will enjoy to drink. Plus their food is really delicious.
