This was a cute busy place. They have a lot of seating and seems that it’s mostly students working and studying. They also had seating outside which worked for me for a work call. They had snacks at the register. Since I came in the late afternoon, not sure if they sell pastries.

My favorite coffee shop and remote work place in Davis. A bit expensive compared to Starbucks or Philz but totally worth it! Incredible and aromatic selection of beans and custom prepared. Great atmosphere of remote work and super helpful staff.

Not much to say here except "fantastic". The ambiance is excellent, the coffee is very well made and this is one of I think only two places in my life that have offered me a glass of water when I ordered a cappuccino. Their mugs seem bulky at first but they actually handle really well, to boot.

Best place in Davis to study. The atmosphere and ambience are designed just for that. I love the service and a variety of refreshing and unique beverages they offer.

Wonderful cafe in the heart of Davis to get some coffee, chit chat with the servers, and get some work done. I got a latte and it tasted divine, it was just what I needed. The service was quick, and we were pleased overall to the extent that we will be coming back to Temple to get coffee again. :)

Amazing coffee!! The espresso drinks are smooth and complex, so I switched from lattes to cappuccinos and then to cortados (progressively less milk) so that I could taste the nuances of different beans. They have converted me to lighter roasted coffees. Temple ranks with the very best I've tried on the Left Coast and best in Davis imho. I don't usually order pour overs or cold brew coffee or baked goods, so I can't rate those. I did order the Green Dragon tea a few times and it was terrific. The employees are almost always cheerful, friendly, able to describe the differences of the large variety of beans, and experts at coffee brewing. There are no chairs/couches, and the stools are yoga pose uncomfortable, but I still recommend drinking it there if you can- it seems to taste better out of glass than paper cups. They will let you bring your own mug/tumbler. Lots of outdoor seating in the newly converted G street without cars. There is wi-fi but counters are narrow if you need to spread out. There might be 10-20 people in line on weekends and thus a 5-10 minute wait. Parking is manageable if you drive. When in Sac, I like Temple's S Street location even better than this one (for ambience) and Puskin's bakery around the corner is a treasure. If you like Starbucks, Temple is a totally different style and sets a higher standard.

Fantastic espresso & pourover are perfectly complemented by a Sacramento-based Estelle Bakery & Pâtisserie croissant The K Street location boasts Kyoto-style slow drip coldbrew

Wow. I ordered the matcha and my friend ordered the enlightenment. I liked the matcha, but I loved the enlightenment more and I’m glad it was shareable so she gave me some. I’m more of a coffee person but I was so impressed by the tea. We also tried pastries because a customer gave us them and they were delicious!

This coffee shop has soothing vibes. The coffee(cappuccino and cold brew) is pretty balanced. With pour over it might be under brewed sometimes.

This is a great coffee house to start the day or to take the laptop to work. There is always a line here. We love the coffee here and the lively atmosphere. The pastries are good as well. Street parking.

I completely screwed up this review and I apologize. The below was for another coffee shop. Temple roasters was one of the best coffee shops I have been to. Absolutely loved the ambiance of the place and two workers were so friendly and helpful. I actually had an Americano using Rwandan beans which was excellent and an Ethiopian pour over which was very good to. I finished with a delicious blueberry scone. This is definitely a must go for any coffee lover. I am sorry for the mistake and promise to be back anytime I am In town. 3.5. Very average coffee shop. Staff was friendly. Coffee was ok and the coffee drink was not great. Coffee reminded me of coffee you would get at a more upscale gas station.

Always love the coffee at Temple. Friendly staff and service. Their coffee and drinkware are also solid quality; I love the black gooseneck kettle for my pour-overs. My one wish is that they sold Carter Mugs with their unique aesthetic/art

True to brand, this is a specialty coffee establishment. Proper shots and artfully crafted beverages. A comfortable space that’s settling to the kind. The space is a lot like the coffee. We’ll crafted and thoughtful. The service is excellent, staff is knowledgeable and kind. They even went above and beyond to check ingredient lists for allergens. Add this to your craft coffee list to visit.

Super rude manager and not ecologically friendly!!! This people put the AC to the max, so they can make customers go away because they get cold. California power grid is about to collapse (several emergency messages have been sent), but this people just blow their AC all day long with no remorse. When I asked the manager if they could lower it, she just said "I can't touch it," then she scoffed, and walked away. If you care about the environment and want to have a good service, stay away from here.
