Great vibe. One of the best cafes in downtown Davis. This is California at its finest.

Pricy coffee but the place has good vibes. I got a medium philtered soul, and it was good. If you like your coffee sweet, go for medium sugar or higher. There’s a lot of room for you yo do your work, and it has nice chill music playing.
Hand made coffee. No caffe latte. No milk.
This Philz is really good, the baristas here are very nice. It can be difficult to find a table sometimes since it’s so busy.
I went to this establishment a couple of days ago and got a philtered soul. It was pretty amazing so today I decided to go back and get the same thing with a bagel. Today the coffee wasn't as good as the first time, the person who made it wasn't very nice & I swear the bagel and coffee gave me a stomach ache. I really wanted to like this place but I won't be going back. I'm disappointed that I wasted my money.
Coffee and interior is good, but one of the baristas loudly yelled a few lines of each song every couple of minutes or less. It made an already somewhat loud space even louder, hard to enjoy the "study coffee shop" vibe. Music was fine but didnt need the barista yelling it too
Excellent coffee with excellent service
No espresso? How do you call yourself a coffee shop? Barista had no idea what flavor profile of a Colombian bean is and couldn't recommend a comparable blend, which is all that is offered. The Philtered Soul was super bitter, gross.
I'm not the biggest fan of Philz coffee due to their lack of espresso but their normal roasts are really good. The atmosphere and establishment are amazing and this is one of the best study spots in Davis.
Awesome place to go for working on homework and enjoying some coffee. Enough options tables and chairs. They have a charging stations, which is super cool! The coffee is yummy and the staff were really nice. I just didn't care for an employee yelling people's names obnoxiously the time I was there..
Having been the only ones ordering anything while we were there, the barista talked to her friend for about 10min after we ordered and paid. Didn’t appear to start on anything until I walked up to the counter to ask about our order. I’m told this is not unusual service for the location.
They did not do expresso’s. They had an alternative which definitely did not taste if expresso

Not good, but GREAT!!!! COFFEE very friendly staff worth the wait.
This location was too cold when it is so hot outside, it has an industrial feel of an empty giant trendy loft
