I really like this place. The scones are fantastic! The coffee is flavorful and strong. Perfect for early morning. The bagels are the best in State College.

Summer time is a good time to try it. No crowds but still all the great choices with fresh ingredients. Spicy Thai noodle salad was very tasty and not too spicy.

When you order orange juice, they forget to give it to you every single time, and you have to remind them. I've found hairs and pieces of tin foil in meals from here. The atmosphere is nice though if you just want a coffee.

Great place to chill with friends or on your own. Good food, laid back atmosphere, and plenty of outlets. Healthy options abound, and breakfast is always on the menu. Expect to pay the usual $10+ for food as per the rest of state college.

Love this place! Packed and waited in line on Sunday of a football weekend. But it was delicious. Service was good, food came out fast, but it took a while to get our drinks and the bathrooms needed attention.

The place I’ve been at the most in between my long class breaks! Very cozy environment to study and read, if you prefers quieter environment, it has a downstairs sittings that most people don’t know. Can’t wait till they can safely reopen again! Hang in there!

Picture item on Internet did not equal reality upon purchase, price 20% higher, LOX 50% less. Vegetable toppings hid skimpy quantity of lox… Deceptive practice!

Love Irving's, everything is made fresh. Chicken Baja club is my favorite. I stop by here every time I'm back in State College. Line can get long at times but they do a pretty good job moving it quickly.

Went there to eat breakfast with my friend and ordered a bagel. When I tasted it, the cream cheese tasted a bit weird so I had my friend try it and he also said it tasted funny. At first I asked the worker if there was any meat possibly on it and she reassured me that there wasn't, but when I asked for anything else that it could possibly be, she didn't give any response. I ended up throwing away the rest of the bagel out of disgust and a few moments later felt sick and vomited what I had already eaten. Worse $8 for 2 bagels I've ever wasted.

It was just a regular day that I went to go get a soup to go with my sandwich. I decided to try the infamous "soup of the day" from Irvings and was pleasantly surprised. The soup was "carrot" and it was delicious. I had never eaten carrot soup, but this was definitely the highlight of my meal. I wish I had the recipe!
