The food and atmosphere are equally delightful, plus the service is friendly and prompt.

Good food for breakfast or lunch, decent prices. The inside is open and naturally lit, good amount of seating, extra seating in the basement. On weekends it is extremely crowded and our food took over 20 minutes to be called.
Their number/pick up method needs to be updated, maybe use buzzers like some other places do to tell you when the order is ready. They just call your number out, so you have to be standing up by the counter to hear it. And when there are lots of orders, the counter area is over-crowded with people standing there waiting for their orders.

Usually, they are great, but this time left a lot to be desired. 1. The bagels were dry (frozen are better). 2. The owner was more interested in making a smoothie for their kid than helping the long line of customers. 3. They didn't have some of the varieties that we wanted. 4. Some of the bagels were burnt

The place is fine, but not worth waiting an hour with a hundred people in the building to get a bagel.

I walk here every morning when I stay in the area. Opens at 7:00. Good food, nice people.

Irvings bagels and sandwiches are so yummy and are reasonably priced. Definitely a great go-to breakfast spot.

Great coffee/breakfast/sandwich shop. Comfortable place to eat and read or get work done with good food. They have more comfortable, lounge-like seating with tables downstairs as well if you want a more relaxeing, quieter atmosphere. Place is comfortable (and even though well-kept and maintained) gives the impression of a nice warm, worn, welcoming place to eat and read.

I love Irving's so much. It's my 'treat yo self' place.
The food is always excellent: the bagels and produce fresh-tasting and satisfying. You've gotta make sure to go when they're not busy, otherwise you might be waiting a while. I mean, with the location and food quality, no WONDER they're popular. I always feel like it's worth the wait. And, hey, drinks are usually done before food so you can drink a smoothie while you wait! My fave is the Strawberry lemonade. Sweet, bruh.
Also, to my delight, they allow dogs! My dog doesn't bark and is very well behaved but I'm always nervous bringing him into any business as he is a little on the larger side. Irving's assured me, however, that dogs were welcome and I should feel free to take my time! It's such a relief not to have to eat outside or leave him tied to a bench.
Irving's gets a 10/10 by my count! Great for brunch and hanging out.

Paid over 20$ for two breakfast sandwiches, a latte, and a cappuccino. The sandwiches were mediocre at best; tiny amount of meat, too much cheese, and burnt bagels. The latte was ridiculously sweet. The cappuccino was weak. Quality is seriously lacking for the price. The only thing they have going for them is their location and their staff.
