Coffee Co - Lititz

From the time we walked in until we left, everyone was so nice and very patient with my 95 year old friend.

The food was delicious!!!!!

Latte was substandard, and the service was disappointing. We had a party of 7, and we bought expensive drinks, but bc we didn't have food, we were asked to leave and make room for others to come in and order food. Our drinks cost more than if we had ordered food, but we couldn't occupy a table at a COFFEE SHOP, with the COFFEES we JUST purchased, a few minutes before, because we didn't have food. Coffee shop apparently means diner, in this case. We could have gotten coffe much cheaper and been allowed to sit and enjoy it, elsewhere.

Basically, if you would like to "meet for coffee" or sit and work with an expensive coffee drink, this is not your stop. You must grab and go or purchase a muffin instead of a coffee.

I will just find a different shop in the future. Too bad, bc it was a cute spot. We just couldn't stay to enjoy it. 😔

Reliably good food for this Smucker-owned chain. Always neat & clean, and they always have soy & almond milk, which is great for those of us who can’t have dairy! 😊

Very nice coffee shop. Great service, great menu selection.

So they list their closing time as 3pm, but if you come after 2:15, service declines quickly and I ordered a salad at 2:30 and had to wait for the server to make sure that they could still make it. They could, but without the chicken. This was for a to-go order. I wasn't even trying to sit and eat. If you're not going to be open till 3, change your closing time.

Very good food, decent service. Great coffees and beverages. This is a great place to go for brunch or lunch. Highly recommend.

Update: For my birthday, I received a coupon via email for 5 dollars off. My birthday happened to fall on Easter this year, and they will be closed. When I called to ask if I could use the coupon the day before my birthday, I was told no, and was basically scraped off by the person who answered the phone. Just basically, a "Sorry, my manager says deal with it" kind of response. In future, Coffee and company may want to consider a day or two either way from the actual birthday date of the coupon to allow for this. This really bothers me, to the point that I may not ever go back, and this was one of my favorite brunch spots.
I'm sad.

I highly recommend Coffee Co!!! We are SO happy it is now in Lititz!!! I ordered their Chicken and Wild Rice Soup today and it was delicious!!! I have never had a bad meal there!!! I always order a special omelet and it always tastes great!! The staff there is very good, too!!! You will walk out full and smiling!!!!

Went there for lunch. Mistake. Menu is very generic, my wife ordered a chicken Caesar salad and got just a plain Caesar salad. You can sort of tell the food would be garbage by the people who were in the place. It’s like early bird cafeteria food. If you enjoyed the school lunch quality in grade school, you’ll love this place. The waitresses are hard to look at and do not utilize their time efficiently. In short, this place is awful. And I assume any positive reviews are either employees, owners or relatives.
