Great breakfast meeting location. I met a friend for breakfast and we both enjoyed the "Cilantro Lime Egg Sandwich" which was excellent.

Keep up the good work!

This was the first time I’ve ordered takeout kid meals and I was a little disappointed. Lots of Styrofoam containers, just a few grapes and most of them looked bad/squishy and the grilled chicken tenders are oily and don’t look appetizing. I’m not a coffee expert but I got a mocha and it tasted awfully acidic and was lacking any mocha flavor even after stirring (I thought perhaps the syrup was on the bottom). Perhaps it was just a busy day and I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve eaten here a couple other times at other locations and the food has always been great and the staff are pleasant. I love The 30 sandwich but won’t be ordering a mocha or chicken tenders kid meal again.

On a Fri. morning, my daughter wanted to eat here because she had a gift card. My experience a few years ago at one of their other shops wasn't good, but I said I'd join her. We were greeted promptly and were seated. I ordered coffee, which was ordinary, but I realize that can be a subjective matter.
Daughter ordered the three star breakfast- two eggs, two pancakes, and a breakfast meat. She ordered her eggs to be scrambled. I ordered the Lancaster breakfast- two eggs, toast, and I added the bacon. I ordered over easy.
We waited 20-25 min for our food. I don't usually mind waiting for food, so it didn't really bother me. However, when it finally came out, Daughter noticed that her eggs were over easy, not scrambled. She called the waitress over to ask that she receive the scrambled eggs that she had ordered. Keep in mind that we don't act like entitled customers. If we have a problem, we are courteous.
The waitress took the plate with the eggs and pancakes, and then soon brought the same plate back with just the pancakes. Said plate had a green fingerprint on it- as if the chef or someone in the back had avocado on their hands and used that hand to handle the plate (see picture). After another 10 min. or so, the waitress brought a plate of "scrambled eggs", which looked like the chef had taken the over easy eggs that were wrongly served, put them directly on the griddle, and shuffled them with a spatula (see second pic). They were two sections of eggs- one section was yellow and one was white. Daughter didn't eat either since they were crispy and dry. When we received our check, Daughter gently told the waitress about the eggs, to which the waitress replied that she personally had thrown the original over easy eggs out. I like to think that people are usually honest, but it was clear that she wasn't.
We did leave a decent tip, but we will never go back again. I doubt that the health inspectors would have approved either.

Inexpensive, delicious breakfast! Decent portions. Ordered a kids yogurt w/ fruits, three star breakfast and street hash. This is the second location we've been to.(the other is in Lancaster) The quality of food, cleanliness, customer service is pretty consistent and all great. Plenty of parking space as it is in a shopping center.

Always good to come to one of these but they're not as friendly as the one on Lincoln hway or the one by Giant. Or maybe it's just any normal person on sunday morning . The server gave me the check before I finished eating. This is never a good move. They can always say " whenever you're ready for the check let me know" or at least take a look at how much coffee and food I got left.

What's missing from the first picture? My FOOD. I've had good experiences here before. I thought my previous trip with poor service was a fluke but today was even worse. On my previous trip, the waitress never came to refill my coffee, I could not get her attention because she was chatting with other customers, and she never brought my bill. I had some place to be, so I left $10 on the table to cover my meal and coffee. Today, I was looking forward to the peach baked oatmeal.. I even asked about it when I came in. The waitress promptly took my order and brought me coffee and told me my oatmeal would be just a few minutes. The waitress then proceeded to chat up 2 customers at the bar in the front of the restaurant. Because I was going on a hike, I had to ask another waitress about my oatmeal. The girls went into the back and my waitress came out and said It was the next one on the line. Mind you I have already waited 15 minutes. I told my waitress I needed to leave in 10 minutes and that if it would not be ready I would happily pay for my coffee and leave. 5 minutes later she comes out with the oatmeal and says she is sorry but they were cutting up the peaches for my oatmeal. Well the peaches on my oatmeal were far from fresh cut. They were mushy brown and frankly nasty. After about 2 bites I decided I would do better with an egg mcmuffin from McDonald's McDonald's to fuel my hike. The poor girl at the register had to listen to me tell her how awful the oatmeal was. She offered to get a manager which I very much appreciate except that I did not have time for that. Probably more disturbing to me than the entire experience was watching my waitress talked to another girl (laughing) and show her what she accidentally entered into the screen. I can presume that she did not correctly enter my breakfast order when I placed it. A sincere apology and just giving me my check for the coffee would have been so much better than me paying for a lousy piece of oatmeal with rotten peaches. I hope the men she was chatting with gave her an extra tip because I gave her nothing and that is something I never do. As a result of this and my previous experience, I will never return to this coffee company location. I think the food is usually good and the service is usually fine, but two poor experiences in a row begins to make a pattern. On the plus side, If you are still considering this location, there was a very pleasant looking woman who seemed to be applying for a job as I was leaving so there may be hope yet.

Waiter was Diana (Probably spelled name wrong), she was very kind throughout my meal. For a drink, I got a mango iced tea, which is unsweetened and quite bland in flavor. When I added lemonade however (topped off) the drink improved 80% ! Overall, a 40 min endeavor, My first meal was a breakfast sandwich with a croissant bun, bacon, and American cheese.
The American cheese was delectably gooey, which was a pleasant surprise. The sandwich was quite greasy, however the taste was quite fine, especially when I added the assorted greens served on the side into my meal.
For desert (Desert with breakfast :) )
I had a pecan sticky bun, which was purely delicious, both chewy and crunchy on the outside, the presentation was very well done!
9.5/10, left bloated and happy for the serving size. (~$17)

Stopped in for a short visit while my daughter was working. Enjoyed a coconut muffin and dirty chai. Both were yummy. Service was a little ehh.

The Coffee Company is a very nice little coffee shop. There are soups, a variety of sandwiches and beverages and friendly service.

Burrito was good but not sure why these “home fries” were an additional $3.20.
