Lovely coffee shop conveniently located next to uco!
Very chill environment. People were very friendly and had great recommendations! We got an earl grey latte with lavender and a brown sugar iced latte with oatmilk and both were amazing!
I love that they have non dairy alternatives!

As a Realtor in Edmond, I love Aspen for the warm environment & space to bring clients to discuss their goals. Also love the drive thru and kind baristas. Great music!

I like that they have multiple locations to choose from. The pastries and coffee are always great and the atmosphere is nice as well. It can get a bit busy depending on the time that you go but overall it’s definitely worth a visit

The staff just stand around talking while no one is making my food, I ask them where is my food, for them to tell me there are out of the dressing and would I like it dry AFTER waiting 15 min for it. I get home to its missing other ingredients and not even edible. There needs to be a manager there to address issues as they arise.
EDIT- I have changed my review to a five because I appreciate a response from the owner to address the issue! I love Aspen and dont want to hurt business from one bad experience.

Unfortunately this is the third time this has happened over the course of a few months and I can’t go back to this location. I ordered two dirty chai lattes and they tasted HORRIBLE. I can’t even begin to describe the taste. They were so hot when we initially ordered them that it took 30 minutes for them to cool down. By the time they finally were cool enough to taste, I couldn’t go back to get them to redo them. We ended up being able to go to the location on 150th and so far that one has been consistent and they made the chai latte perfectly.
I lived in Stillwater for 6 years and frequented the many locations there and never had a poor coffee. It’s a shame that this location isn’t held to the same standard.

Awesome little local coffee spot that this out of towner appreciates! This location is right next to all of the hotels so it’s a perfect morning local spot. They had tons of pastries and coffee options and were super friendly. I got a large coffee with pumpkin and my husband got a latte and we both enjoyed with a cinnamon roll!

Great coffee, great service, cozy inside and outside tables. Great baked goods. Best part, the price is so much less than other coffee places!!!

The young lady took my drink order at the counter inside and then switched with the young man who was working the drive thru. The young man started visiting with his buddy and didn’t make my coffee. Two other employees came from the back, made themselves coffees and then disappeared while the gentleman “working” continued to not make my coffee. After 10 minutes I asked him about it. I called in a coffee on Saturday to pick up. When I arrived, I told them I was there, they said it would be ready in a moment and then forgot about me. I wish this wasn’t the case because the location is handy and the coffee is good but the service sucks. Don’t bother contacting me, we won’t be back.

I have always chosen Aspen over starbucks and is the favorite spot for coffee lovers like me. I love their chai and variety flavor of drip coffee including toasted almond, southern pecan and so on. Its very popular in Stillwater and reminds me of my OSU days in Stillwater. I was glad when I found out that they were here in Edmond. The price is very reasonable and they serve breakfast and sandwiches also. The staff are always friendly.

Drive thru wait time is forever. Didn’t get the order right and still charged for something she messed up on
