Living in Stillwater since Aspen started, it's refreshing to go to this shop and still see the Santa Fe and Moab on the menu, etc. There are lots of pros and only a few cons... like not enough seating because of all the laptop campers. But that's cool because I used to be a happy Aspen camper, too.
Go to Aspen and embrace local. And try these Kize bars made in Oklahoma. They're excellent, albeit a little pricey. But worth it.

My family and I have loved Aspen for almost 5 years now! I moved to Edmond from Stillwater and I can still enjoy my favorite coffee and scones.

Excellent place for coffee in Edmond, and the location near I-35 with drive-through access makes it convenient. My favorite drink is the "Nutty Irish." At times there is a line; however, this place is well worth the wait. I can't thank the hard-working people of Aspen Coffee enough!!

This 15th street’s Aspen is far better than the one is 2nd street. they have plenty parking spaces and better service! Great place for breakfast as well!

The cappuccino was bad. Very weak, like most places. For all of the snobbery that makes up the typical coffee house, you'd think some of them would learn how to make a proper cappuccino. It's not a secret. But no this is a large cup of milk with a small amount of coffee. Also the mochas weren't as good as the ones in Stillwater. They try to stretch the ingredients too much and everything comes out weak. Penny pinching...

I love this place! This is definitely a "Zin Zone" for me. Great atmosphere, great people, great coffee! No gluten-free goodies but maybe they will partner with a local bakery and add something to the menu soon. 😉 Anytime I'm here my heart is at peace. Thanks for making this place so welcoming!!!

Coffee is good. But the drive thru is ridiculous. I waited in line for 20 minutes this morning and that was after they came out to each car and got our orders and texted it back to the Barista's. Then when I finally got to the window my drink still wasn't ready. They need to get something else figured out if they're going to have a drive-thru.
