Been singing the praises of Aspen Coffee since the 90's at the original Stillwater location. The Edmond location features the same great quality. Aspen was one of the first in the state to offer locally roasted coffee to the consumer. You can't beat their "Fast Eddies Espresso." One thing that doesn't get mentioned a lot is their superior quality whole bean coffee, which is usually sold for much less than other places who's roasts/blends are comparable if not lacking. Love me some Aspen!

Good chai tea and solid service. Free WiFi

You simply cannot beat the quality of Aspen Coffee anywhere in town. But whereTF did the menu on the wall go? I feel violated. Im guessing they took it down specifically because of people like me who stand there for 37 minutes in a menu trance even though I get the exact same thing every time. Or perhaps Aspen participated in an unpublished new trial which proved conclusively that unexpected change-induced rage makes coffee taste better, because my latte was exceptionally good today. But until I suffer from severe Alzheimers and need a gigantic reminder of where I just walked into, I like me an old school wall menu, preferably chalkboard with lots of colors. I love you Aspen. I love you so much I want to marry you and have your baby. But let's leave the paper menus for struggling Mediterranean cafes and lost dog fliers.

Coffee roasted from bean is usually quite good. The problem is every time I go I get a different "version" of my drink based on who's making it. Iced Mocha coffee, first time (guy) two scoops of cocoa which was very sweet so next time I ask for half mocha which was one scoop (tasted great) then next time asked for half mocha got half a scoop, a pack of sugar (???) which still didn't taste bad, then next time got half a scoop with a ton of milk, which I threw away. Still next half a scoop, milk first then ice... Talking to that barista she tells me that one scoop is correct for a proper mocha which is why half mocha is half scoop... uggh... So the first guy added too much and I've been trying to correct for that all this time just wanting to get the same thing every time, not too sweet, not much ice and not watered down with milk. What to do?

My wife, btw, loves the basic cup of coffee. Not bitter, great tasting. You just need to get consistency from staff making drinks.

what is with the service here? not taking names so you can yell out weird coffee names? I saw it done to other people and our order. staff standing around not really being attentive to the people waiting? coffee is good but your service needs to change

Still love this place. I have reviewed it before and can't wait to go again. Always a great place to bring people for tea or coffee. Sterile decor, but still comfortable and welcoming.

Fast, friendly service, but my coffee was terrible. It was the drip and it was watered down with bad artificial vanilla flavoring.

The drinks and snacks are just as good as the Aspen Coffee in Stillwater. The atmosphere here in Edmond is a little more modern and a little less cozy than the ones from the college town, but it is still a nice place to have a cup of coffee, study, read, or meet people.

I’ve been there so many times before. I get the same drink. Unfortunately, they are horribly inconsistent. I just got a drink that is gritty. It’s an iced mocha that seems to have coffee grounds in it???

Love the coffee. Would do Aspen instead of Starbucks more often if the wait time wasn't so long. 4 stars today because you were faster today.
