Camp Umpy's Bagels & Stuff

Camp Umpys is a must if you're going through honsedale. It's such a cozy bagel shop and everyone behind the counter is so fantastic. Their coffee is bold and they make their bagels to perfection. 😁

Great bagels the staff is always so nice an helpful an they have some great hot an cold drinks like the Zombie and Becca , love getting something new to drink every time. An i am craving a Sun-dried tomato bagel with cream cheese and a nice warm Becca to complete bliss!

The best bagels in the area. Lox and Loaded bagel is off the chain. It's what I get every time. So delish! Great staff and service also. My quiet morning go to. 😁🤗🤗💕

I love their everything egg bagels! And they have boars head lunch meats 😋

Bagels are always fresh and a ton to choose from. Service is fast and friendly as well. I love their desserts as well even tho my fat rear doesn't need it lol.

So sorry that Channing Tatum had a bad experience at Camp Umpy's, it must have been a very bad day for all as we have never had a bad experience there. The service is excellent and every employee appears to be happy and very glad to be there and provide you with attention and detail to your order. We have tried all their bagels and have not been disappointed with any. Their sandwiches are unique, tasty and priced right. Worth the trip from Dingmans to eat a late breakfast, sitting on their oversized chairs. Lovely to take home a Camp Umpy's bag of bagels so we can enjoy them for the rest of the week.

Love this place! The bagels are delicious and the vibe is so relaxed. Also just discovered they have a pretty awesome lunch menu too.

Service could improve. They often run out of certain types of bread items. I was once left on hold for 5+ mins and they forgot even longer because the busy dial tone remained for a while after that.

Love love LOVE this place. Breakfast all day and delicious! Whether it's a coffee, specialty drink, bagel & cream cheese, breakfast or lunch sandwich, or their delicious baked goods (mmmm magic bar!) You will NOT be disappointed.

For those with Celiac Disease: My order was taken by the elder of two women who were both working the counter during lunch. In my original order of a Camp Club, I asked what their GF options were for that item. After the options were given, I decided to have it on a GF tortilla. When I was first served, the tortilla looked suspicious. I decided that I should ask for confirmation that my wrap was made GF. In response, I was rudely told I never ordered a gluten free wrap by the younger woman working the counter (who wasn't even at the counter during our order, as she had briefly went into the kitchen). The elder woman said nothing in my defense. I understand that mistakes happen, so I asked politely for a new wrap with a GF tortilla. The younger woman (who appeared to be in charge) brought me my GF wrap and didn't bother speaking a word, even after I apologized for any confusion and thanked her for the re-make. The portion of the GF wrap was HALF the size of the non-GF wrap I was originally given (the tortillas were comparable in size). The wrap was quite tasty, the only reason I gave 3 stars. Poor customer service and a much smaller portion on a GF wrap for the same price as a flour wrap are not acceptable.
