Camp Umpy's Bagels & Stuff

Unfortunately I used to love this place. The bagels and sandwhiches are delicious but the staff has become so unfriendly. I have been in customer service for over 16 years and never spoken to a customer the way I witnessed them speak well I should say yell at a customer as they did.

Bagels are amazing! Best bagels we have found anywhere...and we're from NY! The vegetarian sandwiches are delicious and my husband loves the egg sandwiches. We stop by every time we are in town!

Bagels are good service not so good. Not happy when I get there early in the morning and they are out of certain bagels. They seem to put more effort into call in orders. Will no longer go there not worth the aggravation

Rude employees, workings wearing excessive hats while making food, poor quality food, and they had very little selection.

I was there picking up an order, did not have a mask. I was told it was required I have one. I said but I don’t have one. They said we’ll meet you outside. Walked out to the second door. The lady said it’s been two years you don’t have a mask. I said no I’m not required to wear one anywhere else. She said it is here I said fine but I don’t have one. Then she went back into the store and complained about me while I stood in the “hallway” as she called it. Which is poor customer service. If you had offered one since I don’t carry one, I would have put one on. I don’t see how complaining about a customer makes them want to return. Not worth it for a sandwich.

The food is fantastic. The older woman that runs the register is amazingly sweet. The staff especially Tina that runs the back are extremely rude. I am a regular and my orders the last few times have been very screwed up and every time she has to fix it she gets very verbally abusive to the front staff. The wait time for food is very long and all I got was an egg and cheese wrap! I just do NOT appreciate people yelling at their staff in an inappropriate manner in front of customers.

Wish I could give no stars. Never was impressed. Only went because I was given a gift certificate. I would have been mad if I paid for it. Hard dried out muffin. Bagel was hard too. Not liking the political garbage either. Keep politics to yourself. You are running a food business you need to remain neutral. Bet you lost a lot of locals over that one.

The bagels are awesome. However, they need to streamline the ordering process. Very disorganized and timely. More people would go if the wait was not so long. Even if you order ahead, you have to wait in the lengthy line. One time.a few people who ordered after me got their bagels before me and I only ordered it with butter. The lady in front of me was like, did they forget about us???

This place is a normal part of our weekend, every weekend. The bagel sandwiches are to DIE FOR. I also love the Joe's pink lemonade they recently got and oh my, the magic bars. If you get a chance stop in, you wont be disappointed!
