I love this little spot. They are now open for inside seating too. The staff is always friendly to me, and the food and drinks are good. Definitely recommend them!!

Was on the Lancaster Best Kept Secret Tour. Staff person was not at all friendly and I felt like it was a problem that I had come in..so I left. Hope other people on the tour had a better experience.

Hear my words this is a Tourist attraction. Nice but way to pricey for locals . If you do your homework THE COFFEE IS BETTER AT CAFE GARTHS ( WITCH IS LITERALLY 2 MIN AWAY)
OR RUTTERS way cheaper...

Great coffee. There is a kids playing area and the decor is great. Very bright and warm inside with views of the river and bridge right out the front. A step above your average coffee shop!

A wonderful addition to Columbia Borough. My first experience here was a small, casual, business meeting with 4 other people. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating, and the drinks were great. I ordered a vanilla cappuccino, and let me tell you, it's not the powder and water mix from a standard gas station cappuccino machine. They make everything fresh and from scratch! The addition of an Achenbach's chocolate and vanilla whoopie was a great choice. My total for a regular cappuccino and a whoopie pie was under $10, which isn't too bad knowing it's fresh and getting to enjoy it in an amicable environment. If you're looking for coffee based beverages made with love and a tranquil environment to drink them in, Coffee and Cream is certainly the place to be.

Long line. Minimal staff. 2 Girls taking orders, making orders, and delivering orders, working their tails off. Maybe its because of Covid and only being able to order from the window. Waited forever to get 2 small coffee. I'll try again when things go back to normal and will change my stars if service is better.
PS: We weren't the only people in line a little frustrated.

I know the ice cream is well I find it a little expensive but I understand I also know it gets extremely busy especially during the tourist season I would rather go to dairy Queen.

The place is very cute, a walk up window to cater to social distancing and keeping customers safe. It's a great location, for folks getting off the trail nearby to stop for a coffee or ice cream!

The employees weren't wearing there face masks and a female employee laughed at me after she handed me the icecream I ordered and after I said, "Thank you." The female employee continued to laugh and said, "Your welcome." This is a highly inappropriate way to approach and act towards your customers and is intolerable! Whoever the manager is please correct this situation!
