This place is an absolute gem!
The location is prime, located at the beginning of a 20ish mile bike trail. It is very clean and the service is outstanding. One of the few places that will walk around the counter and hand you your order with a smile. They serve coffee for the bigger humans and ice cream for the littler humans and there's food for everyone. The food is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable. I will be stopping by here every chance I get. 11/10 would recommend.

This was my first time here. The young lady at counter was patient with me since my hearing aids weren't working so well (she didn't know this). The service was fast for home made breakfast food. My Loaded Hashbrowns were very delicious. It is a little noisy but still very quaint. I ordered a decaf Carmel latte that war also very good. I will be back with some friends!

Really good coffee! I got the pink lady drink and it was awesome. The employees were nice. My only complaint is that it was really cold inside of the shop. The outside seating was great with a cool view of the river!

Got there at 5:30 pm and the door was locked. The only thing they could offer was iced coffees. They already did the dishes so a frappe was out of the question. I asked for 2 mediums and i got one large one medium. They taste yummy. The location is ideal as well as the decorations, but the staff needs a lot of work.

Nice place in an old building that I used to pass by as a child in the early 90s when it was basically nothing in the building. They fixed it up really nice and it has a great and cozy atmosphere. The food is good and I always love my coffee which was also good. I was there at breakfast time, so I didn't get ice cream, but the selection of treats (ice cream, smoothies, etc) looked good. Glad to see some nice places in Columbia.

We stopped in for sandwiches and ice cream after hiking the Turkey Hill Overlook Trail. Paninis were fresh and delicious, ice cream was creamy and rich, and my vanilla iced coffee with almond milk was perfect. Friendly people, welcoming atmosphere. We'll be back! Thank you!

Zac is his name and coffee is his game. This place ourselves any of the basic chain coffee shops in lancaster. The barista Zac was so helpful and kind to me AND made the BEST coffee I have ever had in my life. After having a nice conversation with him, I learned he was responsible for creating the seasonal iced coffees for Valentine’s day. What amazing creativity from such a young man. Way to go Coffee & Cream.

I passed this place many times when it was closed but a very nice smaller sized ice cream and coffee shop that is close to the river. Nice staff, decent selection and just a nice environment to talk and hang out with friends of you want to get out for a cup of coffee or ice cream.

I love that it's kid friendly, they have a playroom in the back with tables in! The food isn't what I expected, I have gone for lunch and breakfast (the portions seem small). But for a quick bite to eat and a drink, it's good!

Got an egg platter with 3 eggs, 1 round sausage patty, hasbrowns and toast. The entire platter was cold, there was only one piece of toast which had no butter on it. The sausage was like a hockey puck. When we asked for butter we got a hard brick which couldn’t be spread. Think they should stick to coffee and danish. Certainly not worth $25!
