Coffee and Cream

I am so pleased that this place has opened! It is absolutely wonderful. It is a perfect place to meet friends and chill in a relaxed environment. My friends and I love the little area in the back they have for kids and the private table! I have been here a handful of times and feel it keeps getting better everytime I go. I love that they serve breakfast items the whole time they are open now and that they are doing specials as well which are always tasty. I enjoy there crossiant sandwiches and iced coffee! The owner Megan is always so sweet and helpful to any questions you might have and is very accommodating. I will be sure to make a visit soon and walk the rail trail too!

Owner is super friendly. The sandwiches [caprese and chicken salad with avacado] were delicious and my caramel latte was on point. Their service was phenomenal and the staff was friendly and inviting. Definitely a place to make your regular spot with your besties or family. Then hit the trail right down the street.

Adorable decor, bright, clean, happy atomsphere. Delicious quiche and breakfast wrap. And a huge selection of Hershey Ice cream. Anxious to come back soon.

This place is pure amazing!!! Food, staff, atmosphere: Phenomenal!!! Baked oatmeal? YES!!! Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich? MORE PLEASE!!! I will be back and back and back.

My original review is found below. This is a long overdue edit. We went back - upon invitation of the owner / manager and tried the cafe a second time. This time was a much better experience. We received complimentary coffee and pleasant service. I like strong coffee. There was a dark roast available; it would have been stronger had I made it, but it was better than the medium roast I had last time. The space is lovely and inviting. Enjoy!

Original Review: We ride the River Trail most Sundays so we watched the progress of this place as it readied for opening. We love a cup on coffee after our ride. We entered with great anticipation. It is finally open! We did not feel welcome. We were met by a woman who was clearly annoyed by the presence of customers. And please, customers, do not bother her with questions. There is one price on the board for coffee so I thought that there was only one size. When I ordered I was asked 'what size?' and I explained my confusion. I am clearly stupid - unable to read that which is not available to be read . . . on top of all of this the coffee was weak. Good coffee might have caused me to overlook the attitude. Bad coffee - not worth it any way I look at it.

Stopped in this morning and was so delighted. It's such a cute place and the service was excellent. Our coffee drinks were made to order and our pastries where fresh and excellent! I will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience!

This place is awesome! Always fast and friendly service! Tonight Chad took care of us and our 5 kids and we were thrilled with him helping us enjoy the various flavors of ice cream! Thanks again Chad!

A nice little shop in Columbia RR Depot. They have Achenbach's pastries. I wish to see the rest of the building restored as well.

I found the food and coffee to be excellent. I had quiche, and my wife had the baked oatmeal, which she is fairly fussy about. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
My only complaint is that, with all the hard surfaces, it can be a bit noisy. To be fair, our table was a major contributor with the stories and laughter that was bursting forth!

Friendly, patient staff. REALLY REALLY delicious coffee! The regular coffee is strong enough, far better than most places. The iced coffee and the Americano I've had were heavenly. Four stars instead of five because it is kind of pricey, but they sure deliver with flavor. And right now they have a special, a 16oz + 2 donuts for $5 . Oh, and the donuts and ice cream equally great. Clean, quaint. Grab a cup and walk down by the river with your soul mate. Kudos to Columbia borough too.
