This is the best little place ever!!!! While it is called, "Coffee and Cream," that title does not do it justice. In addition to incredible sandwiches, they sell Hershey Ice Cream. Patio seating is Covid friendly, but more importantly, this place is right across from the river. There is ample parking and even benches. Heck, bring a blanket and sit on the lawn. Also, if you use the bike trail, enjoy a drink or yummy scoop of ice cream, when done. John Wright may brag of high end dining with a view, this place has all the ambience and a fraction of the cost!

This place has the BEST coffee locally. It’s so so good. Cute place with friendly staff. I look forward to stopping in after my runs on the river trail. Try the dark roast and house blend. Perfection!

Went there with my family, enjoyed the ambiance of the shop, we got ice cream and coffee, I thought both were very good. Would definitely go back again, highly recommend if in the area.

Large variety of drinks and food. Breakfast and lunch choices. Sitting out on their patio, facing the susquehanna river and trail is very pleasant.

Great ice cream/kind staff but the overall experience gets a 4 or maybe a 3.5. Stop staring to those who have never seen a Columbia Native. Yeah we're River Rats. . loud kids who might not deserve ice cream . . getting ice cream!

Great coffee and friendly staff 😊 right now they feature Hershey's ice cream but this summer they're looking forward to getting Penn State Creamery ice cream in to offer to customers! I'm excited! Coffee and Cream will certainly be great to look forward to this summer after biking or kayaking!
