Symposium Coffee

Pretty good coffee but the staff have been rude every time I come here (I’ve lived in a Tigard and been coming off and on the past few years). I love to support local but they have a weird culture where they try to go out of the way to answer questions rudely etc. Off putting to be sure.

Worst first experience ever! The cashier (behind the plexiglass plate) turned the payment monitor towards me and asked if I wanted her to add a tip for her. Uh..no pressure? The espresso was absolutely awful. Bitter, cold & chalky. The man dispensing it was cold, as well. Guess I’ll skip that pricey little coffee spot next time.

Wonderful service, the baristas were super chill and friendly. I like the little rooms for seating, it makes everything feel so cozy! Great date spot. Definitely coming back to experience the Whiskey side of things.

I love Symposium Coffee & Whiskey. Their staff is always friendly. The environment is comfortable and clean. It is a great spot for coffee with friends or a business meeting. My personal go to is the caramel mocha.

I also love that they use either homemade or local ingredients. They also have amazing in-house made pastries that are gluten free.

Nice quiet place to get some work done. Convenient parking around the back.

Amazing coffee! The best coffee place I've been to in Tigard, easily. Had a delicious cortado, basically a mini latte
