Ground Espresso Bar & Cafe

We stayed at the Hood River Hotel, and this was a great early coffee/breakfast option. We weren't looking for a heavy breakfast, and we were happy to find these breakfast sandwiches and great coffee. Loved the Sweet Spot! Perfect sweet and salty combo.

I love this place. Great food and great coffee with a cozy and familiar atmosphere. This was one of my first stops on my first trip to Hood River and now I go every time I visit. The staff is always nice and the food is always great.

Very good coffee and really awesome english muffin breakfast sandwiches. The english muffins are homemade and you can tell. I don't normally like english muffins but I would take these over any other breakfast sandwich bread.

They had lots of versatile and unique sandwich options. The one I got was marionberry jam, brie cheese, sausage, and apple slices.

My favorite coffee shop in Hood River! They make excellent unsweetened iced yerba mate. Their scones are always awesome. And the baristas actually know what a cortado is and how to make it :)

The Mt Hood mocha, iced, was delicious. I don't really like coffee unless I add flavored creamer And sugar. So basically I'm not a coffee drinker. It has huckleberry and white chocolate in it. Perfection

I hadn't spent any time in Hood River until yesterday when a buddy of mine and I decided to go visit Multnomah Falls and then have brunch over there. We popped in after brunch for a sweet and some coffee. The coffee was delicious and the coconut chocolate chip cookie was amazing. Love Love Love!

This place was absolutely delightful! I wished I had preferred two lattes for the long drive home to Utah. There’s just enough pizazz and I loved the look of the place! I can’t wait to go back there soon.
