Broder Øst

Everything was off from the time we arrived. Told we needed to wait 10 minutes when the place was 10% occupied. The waitress brought the incorrect order and then insisted it was very similar to what was ordered. When the correct order arrived, the steamed greens were inedible and too salty, the eggs over cooked and covered in oil, the hash more of a mash, both dishes were absolutely terrible. Save your money, go elsewhere!!

Incredible and unique food. I would definitely recommend that if you're in Good River you check this place out. The hotel looks adorable as well

Great service and fantastic food. The potato cakes with chevere and lingonberry jam was perfect. The accompanying salad was light and fresh , the eggs were cooked very nicely.

Best Breakfast (served all day...well 'till 3pm) in Oregon yet, Danish pancakes were great, lots of sugar though. Baked egg scramble was amazing as well. The porridge was great too, like a polenta cake but with oats and Barley, very good. Thanks Broder

The hotdog was awesome, never had anything like it. The servers are very attentive. We'll be dining here again. PSA: They had a 50 minute wait this Saturday am, plan accordingly.

Broder Ost is located in the heart of Hood River. The food is fresh and amazing. The waitstaff are always friendly and topnotch.

Great food with a Norway twist. Hard to find a great coffee place that compliments great food as well. If you're undecided on the numerous coffee spots please just give this a try. You will not be disappointed

Can't get enough of this place! Food is amazing and reasonably priced. The pickled herring that comes with the akvavit taster is the best I've had. I also love the smoked trout chowder and the Danish pancakes. You should just come with friends so you can try everything!
