Blue Water Cafe and Lounge

Horrible. Went on a thurs morning at 11am . There were 5 high school girls bring waters and menus but only 1 older lady taking orders. We waited 20 minutes to be seated. Then another 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Then after 30 minutes waiting for our food we just got up and left. They need the guy from t.v. restaurant rescue to save this place. The only reason its in business is because of location. Nothing else around. Even mcdonalds would have been better .

This is my favorite breakfast place hands down! I love the Bluewater omelet bacon instead of ham with a side of bacon! There is so much food on my plate it is 2 meals for me! The service is great and they normally have the best bacon ever! They also have several wonderful salad. Prices are great!

This place is ridiculous. Only old folks and regulars are treated respectfully. First time and last time going there with my family

Ya know, I had such a high hopes. Everyone had given my husband and I extremely great reviews of this restaurant for both their service and their food. Unfortunately this place fell so far short that we won't be returning anytime in the near future.
At first, it started great: the staff got us seated in a timely manner in the busy morning and our waitress showed up almost immediately to grab our order. The ambiance was beautiful and the staff seemed quite friendly. Then it all went down hill. We didn't see another staff member for 60 minutes after we ordered. We waited and waited. No one came over to check on us. No one offered an apology for the wait. No one seemed to care. From 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM we waited for our food and created pictures on the table with sugar packets waiting for someone to care. Finally, our food came and we were so hungry at that point that we ate our food within 5 minutes. I wish I was kidding. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a slow eater so this says a lot about how hungry I was by the time they graced us with their presence. Again, no apology about the wait or anything besides here's-your-food. After another 15 minutes, we finally got our bill and walked up to the counter to check out. The staff member who came to help us didn't smile once and didn't make any kind of eye contact. Just took our card and told us our total.
I have to say, the food was decent, but so not worth returning to this place again.
We are residents of this town and I have loved pretty much EVERY other restaurant we have been to, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Such a disappointment.

Was out early this morning and super Hungary. So, I stopped at Blue Water Café in the Harbor Shopping Center. They weren't very busy so I was seated without a wait. Eggs were cooked to my likening, Ham and Has browns were perfect. Pretty good service as well. I'll be back.

Breakfast was amazing!! Great service, highly suggest their strawberry pancakes, their biscuits and gravy my husband got were amazing also, everything tasted home made! Very satisfied and will go back the next time we come into town!! 👌🏼

Was told I must have breakfast here before I leave. The staff was wonderful and the food was too. I loved the crapes!

Service was extremely slow, took over 40 minutes to get our meal. Biscuits and gravy were nothing special. The waitresses were extremely nice.

We just had dinner here. Fish and chips that our waitress Gigi had the cooks split for me and my husband. We also had a great bowl of clam chowder. This place had great customer service and clean. Thanks Gigi for making our first visit a pleasant experience.

This is my 2nd visit here. Service was very good. Food was very good. Happy customers all around us. Safely spaced . I had a Denver Omellete today with hash browns and toast. Last visit it was a Blue Water Special Omelette. 5 stars for both items. Cannot wait to go for lunch soon. Thanks to the crew there .
