Blue Water Cafe and Lounge

Went for breakfast and there were very good breakfast options. The staff were attentive and it appears to be a popular place for the locals. I look forward to going back.

This is definitely the best breakfast spot in Brookings. All the food is great and the bacon is the best I have ever had. I stop in every time we pass through the town.

Horrible food, the quality has really gone down the toilet, service is extremely slow. They used to serve great food, but no longer the case. We won't be back.

All of my recent experiences here have not been very good. While the food might be okay, the service has been so slow the last few times I've gone that everything I've been served is cold by the time it gets to the table. I haven't been since it's moved to the new location, though, so perhaps there it will improve.

Crab Benedict is amazing. Staff is wonderful! Extremely down to earth and prompt! Everytime I'm in town I come in everyday of my visit! Hands down best breakfast! 😍

Ordered the French dip with Swiss, it was fair but bits of the scraping from the pan were left in. The small green salad was not fresh but semi wilted. The blue cheese dressing was questionable it didn't taste right.

Super expensive. Rainbow trout was good, however our other 3 dinners were greasy and not good tasting. Really give them a half a star.
