Kraft macaroni alert! I ordered takeout: the Mac’n’Cheese + Garlic Toast combo. The mac was Kraft macaroni (see picture) and the garlic toast was cheap white bread, fried on one side and barely seasoned. I am not sure why the high reviews.

A friend ordered steak+hash+pancake combo. Steak was overcooked and under seasoned, and hash browns were impossibly greasy. Not worth $19.

I paid almost $8 for food I could make in a minute in my kitchen for 50 cents.

Good breakfast. Large portions and great price. Very clean and staff was both friendly and attentive.

Great breakfast had french toast and sausage was delicious. The waitress was so nice. Enjoyed the local experience too.

We came here on a recommendation and we were not disappointed! Even being short staffed, they sat us immediately and delivered superb customer service. The food was great quality and some of the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place for a great breakfast!

My favorite breakfast place! I'm certain their lunch options are also delish, but their Shrimp Eggs Benedict is so yummy, that's what I order every week. It's very clean, staff is friendly & service is excellent. They're so popular that you may have to wait a bit for a table, but it's worth the wait!

Always very good service! The food is always hot and delicious. All in all a great breakfast place. Really neat view of a morning rainbow as well.

We Google " best breakfast in Brookings". That's how we found this wonderful Cafe and all the wonderful people that work there. We came in at the tail end of 3 parties of 9!! These folks were so kind and worked so hard to take care of everyone. And that, they did!!
I ordered their Greek Omelette and my husband had a loaded potatoes, eggs, veggies, gravy mountain!! It was all so EXCELLENT!! PERFECT HASH BROWNS!! Their friendliness and help never empty coffee cup was so appreciated!! We will be back next time we are in town!! Thank you again for your excellent customer service and wonderful cooks!!

I guess it just wasn’t my kind of place. I ordered the vegie omelette and asked for moist eggs. They came hard and rubbery. Potatoes with peppers were hard. Not done enough. Coffee was hostess were great. Thank

Okay, this place is great!

The bacon was high quality, thick and crispy; seems like it is baked in the oven which is the best way to cook bacon.

The oatmeal pancake is super filling and seems decently healthy.

What really stood out was the service. All of the waitresses were very attentive and friendly. Some of the best service I've ever had.

I will definitely return and highly recommend.

Was told a 30 minute wait waited over 45 minutes was not apologized. Sign that said shirt staffed but had all waitresses just by expo talking instead of apologizing and letting us know the wait. Then would have 3 tables up and no one got sat. Just really bad customer service. Food is good but not worth the unprofessional customer service.
