Usually I let bad service slide but this time I couldn't. These employees couldn't care less about customer service. We visited twice and won't be going back as both times were bad. Besides being unfriendly, I paid for a large iced coffee and received a medium. When I told her, incredibly, the other gal said to put it in a large cup and just add more ice. Seriously?! The worst part though was their attitude. They just didn't care.

Nice to see the new owners of Bell & Whistle Coffee House have expanded the menu. My friend from Corvallis use to live in Brookings and would often meet with his Photography Club here for coffee. Boy would he be surprised now.

Very nice place to sit and do homework with friends. I was there for about 3 hours, I bought a cup of coffee and never felt hassled by the workers to leave or buy something else. The coffee was very good. Also, it's nice to know that stevia is an available sweetener here, for those of us looking for a healthy alternative to sugar.

We had a sausage burrito and a bacon burrito. And a bacon jalapeño scone and salted Carmel scone. We didn’t get coffee. But the food was easily the best breakfast we have ever eaten on vacation. The burritos aren’t like any breakfast burrito we’ve had… creamy cheeses, loads of meat, and a nice thin tortilla. I would give it ten stars if I could!!! Yuuuuummm!

The owners are awesome! They are very accommodating and helpful. The coffee and food are very good. The atmosphere is great. Our favorite coffee shop in Brookings.
