This is a wonderful little coffee shop right on the harbor. Friendly barista and a charming environment to enjoy a good cup of coffee on the weekend.

We were so sad to see you closed today. We are coffee snobs out of Grants Pass. We were forced to try a different location today. We went to Compass Rose and found the coffee far inferior. We love thump, Stumptown, Olympia coffee, mix out of Ashland, Cerberus out of Jacksonville. You are definitely the best in Brookings. Your bagels are also the best in town(homemade not bought from Fredmeyer) your homemade breakfast sandwiches scones etc are amazing/.

We happened upon this little cozy place, and were blown away. Breakfast sandwiches and burritos were above our expectations. And the Mexican mocha was the best I ever had.

Great choice for coffee in Brookings, since dutch bros, is to go only.

This is a real coffee house with seating both in and out.

They offer scones too, so you can fatten up.

Their organic coffee is delicious, the baked goods are fantastic, everything is well priced, and the environment is wonderful. Highly recommend!

We are traveling the country in a motorhome and ALWAYS, try to find a locally owned coffee shop AND if they have good pastries to go along with a good cup of coffee. How lucky we were to find Bell and Whistle. As we were leaving, we decided go get a pastry to go. OMG! They are so good.

Brookings is lucky to have this great business in their community.

I love coffee shops and I tend to be a little picky in which ones I like. But this coffee shop is by far my favorite! It's a relaxing comfortable environment, the coffee is high quality and don't get me started on their homemade chicken salad sandwiches! The staff is always nice and accommodating. The owner is probably the best coffee shop owner I have ever seen, she really knows what she is doing and has everyone's best interest in mind. This is a long way to say I adore everything about this coffee shop and everyday I recommend to my clients to come here! ♡
