The breakfast burrito is stellar. Often very crowded but worth the wait. Has nice outdoor patio.

Great customer service. I saw a big charge on my bank statement for a day I knew I bought one cup of coffee in the Old Mill store. I thought for sure someone made a mistake on the charge so I called and the shift leader, Sebastian, immediately investigated. While he was looking, I discovered my wife had actually made the purchase. My mistake...but totally handled perfectly by the staff. Great job. The owners should be proud of their employees professionalism. And really great coffee.

Had a negative experience with an employee, and our drinks being made wrong. However, after calling and talking to the owner Rhonda she was very pleasant and refunded everything and added an acct balance in store to be used in the future, that is why we gave a 4 star review.

Incredible hospitality. After having our order taken by someone else, the clerk made ours extremely fast again, and even threw in two cookies for free! A local favorite. Incredible food and coffee. A must+see of Bend OR

The light and airy atmosphere is punctuated with delicious coffee and pastries. While the flavored lattes tend to be a bit on the sweet side, their drip coffee is very rich and tasty. I would recommend any number of their pastries, but to be honest my favorite will always be the mixed berry scone, perfect with an Americano on a chilly day.

Seriously, one of Bend's best places for coffee and eats. Me and my family go there all the time and are always satisfied. The owners are great people and community members. All there staff are awesome too. We love Strictly Organic. Russell and Brooke. :)

Good Wifi connection, filling breakfast burritos, great coffee & friendly staff. It can get pretty hectic in there for the above reasons but the staff work fast and the line moves pretty quick. I always stop here when traveling through Bend - it's one of my favorites!

The coffee is good. It’s the atmosphere from employees of hipster/gangsta wannabes with similarly slow service that turns me off coupled with the tip jar ‘next to’ the idea of ‘the cups and coffee are over there, go help yourself. The bottom line is the service and entitlement attitudes are bad, but the coffees usually good.

I like to come here time to time for a breakfast burrito when I’m in the neighborhood. Yesterday the rudest woman took my order, as if I was such an inconvenience to her. She asked me to pull into the parking lot as a wait for my burrito. A friend had called me at that time and we talked for awhile, I know what time I had ordered from the phone call. 15 minutes had gone by and still hadn’t received my burrito, I saw her delivering to another car so I said, excuse me I ordered 15 minutes ago? She finally brings me my burrito and says “actually, I think it’s been 10 minutes” ACTUALLY ITS BEEN OVER 20

I had the chicken pesto wrap and it was delicious. Loads of fresh, whole leaf basil, a fresh wrap and sauce. Highly recommend it. They have an open Wifi network, ceramic mugs and self-serve coffee. Great crew. For those inclined, you can watch the roaster working his magic through a large glass partition.
