Strictly Organic

This is a great little coffee shop with organic coffee and great breakfast burritos. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Always a good selection for consistent and quality items. Making healthy taste better everytime I go.

The bacon breakfast burrito I had here was delicious! So was the chai that I had. Will definitely be coming back! 5/5

Classic burrito is terrible. Felt like I was eating unseasoned mashed potatoes in a wrap.

I use Bend Take Out Today and place orders with Strictly Organic consistently, sometimes twice in one day and after today I will not ever order from them again! I leave explicit instructions with my orders and Strictly Organic has messed up so many of those orders, including the last three that I made this week. Today was the worst, our three iced lattes were bitter, had coffee grounds on the bottom and no hazelnut syrup (which costs extra). I could barely drink mine, it was so awful, even after I added coconut sugar to it. My son's burritos were not made correctly either, one was the opposite of what I asked for and the other one had no sauce instead of green sauce. And my sandwich bread was not even toasted on my breakfast sandwich. The orders we placed before had 2 orders of tacos, and I only got one order and they were so greasy I had to use 3 paper towels to soak it up and then bake them in the oven for 15 minutes, to make them suitable to eat. And my coffee's that I ordered earlier in the day came hot instead of iced. I have also had other orders where they forgot items, made orders incorrectly, items were barely cooked, they didn't put items on the side, as I had asked, etc. I gave them so many chances and today the awful coffee literally was the last straw. And when I say, I am done, I mean it. I do not ever go back to a restaurant or place of business once they have used up their final or sometimes the one and only chance they had. I am super bummed that their quality and service has simply continued to go downhill and I hope none of their other regular customers have had to experience some of the same things we have.

My partner got a drip coffee there today which was absolutely awful. She had asked for a medium roast, but this was bitter and over roasted, there was no aroma, and it was gritty. It tasted like diner coffee. Undrinkable.

The younger male barista got my order wrong. Hot when I asked for ice. Whole milk when I asked for Oat. He was debating with another employee on which pastries were sweet or not. Talked too much. Complained that he was asked by another employee/manager to bring our drinks to our table.

Good coffee, friendly service and nice ambience. Outside is quite pleasant too and is dog-friendly. Drive-thru too, but the drive-thru often seems to be slower than walking in.
