I can't help but give them 2 stars. Yes, the food is fine. But the coffee is ALWAYS burnt. They roast their beans to burnt even if it's a "Medium" roast. I've tried to buy their beans in supermarkets, and at shops, and it's always burnt. I just don't get it.

Nice employees and stellar french roast coffee…but PLEASE, for the sake of our planet and our taste buds, bring back your delicious vegan tamales!

Great little coffee joint that’s both friendly and conscious. I like my butter-coffee to assist with my intermittent fasting, and they accommodated blending it in their Blendtec for me. Thanks!

Excellent coffee and the first thing I see is a diversity You Are Welcome Here sticker. I had the fruit yoghurt granola and a doppio. Love a good water dispenser too. First stop and Bend OR has not disappointed.

I feel like I’m at strictlyo every day. I love the atmosphere and all of the employees are amazing. They are extremely kind and do a great job all the time. Shoutout everyone, Susie, my boys Cam, Sebastian..the kitchen!! everybody! Peace and love to you all

Food poisoning from a vegan burrito. The taste was “off” at 1st bite. It was was runny with enchilada sauce & poorly made. Not at all as described on the menu. Missing a day of work because they were not more careful with their food.

Firstly I have to say that the food and customer service is always great.
But
Some of the absolute worst coffee in town. I have given this place a try three separate times and the shots are consistently offensive, the milk texture is always overly foamed, and getting a traditional style drink, forget about it. It's almost like there's zero training happening. I have had better drinks made by the big franchises out there.
There are just so many other coffee shops in town that this is just on my No Fly List!

Strictly Organic makes the most delicious and conscientious Breakfast Burrito. It is the best. I can’t make it this good at home for the same price. My husband orders and ships their bean to our lilac farm in upstate rural New York, because it is the richest flavor Italian Roast, buttery and sweet, no bitterness or tang, just the best roast he’s ever found anywhere. We’ve met some of the most interesting people here too while sipping hot coffee on the open air street side tables. I drink their decafe, almost exclusively. Five stars for their decafe blends too! Oh and notice I said ‘hot’ coffee. I love coffee that’s still hot after I dump a load of cream in it, and here, it is. 💗

What a gem! I was looking for a healthful soup since I was feeling a bit under the weather on our trip to Bend. The Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup was exactly what I needed - hearty and delicious. So much so that I went back for more the next day and we ended up eating several meals at this fantastic place during our three-day stay. Everything we had from the Humus Veggie Wrap to the Chicken Adobada Tacos to the breakfast burritos was exceptional. Cannot recommend this fine eatery highly enough.
