Love this coffee shop, anytime we are in the area we will stop for sure

Excellent coffeehouse near major roadway is easy to find. Clean facility, quirky furnishings, and an open feeling into the outdoor seating because of the two glass walls. Coffee is soo tasty, I am looking forward to coming back soon.

I'm sadly disappointed. I love the Insomnia in Hillsboro but this one was not nearly as good. The quiche was expensive for what it was which was a tomato, spinach, bacon quiche of which I got two tiny bits of spinach, two miniscule bits of bacon, and one bit of tomato, and the crust was burnt. The espresso was off too. Really disappointed!

love this coffee shop
Edit:
This used to be one of my favorite coffee shops in Hillsboro. Unfortunately, the last few times I've gone, others been absurd wait times. When I went at opening, there were only two customers ahead of me and took me 15 minutes to get my drink. When I went late morning, I waited in line for 20 minutes before giving up. There were still 3 people in line in front of me and drinks were being served very slowly. I'm sad that one of my favorite spots is not an option unless I am prepared to wait up to an hour for a coffee.

Aztec Mocha! This is probably my new found favorite coffee treats. It isn't to sweet but it is very rich, anytime I have guests visiting I take them here just to try the mocha! That's just the beginning, the staff is super sweet, I love the ambience, and it makes me happy just coming in and getting my coffee treat here.

The ambiance is great, and the music they play is good. I found my Big Train chi tea here. My son loves the giant cinnamon rolls and love the gluten free coffee cake. When I have time, I like view the art, they temporarlly studio. They have outdoor seating, which is nice cause the area is not noisy. Enjoy.

Amazing ambiance with cool rotating art exhibited on the walls. The staff seem to enjoy working here and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Plenty of seating indoors and out. One of the best people-watching venues around. My favorite drinks are the matcha latte and Aztec mocha.

I’ve come here many times, and it doesn’t matter if they are busy or if you are absolutely the only person ordering, your drink will take 10 min or more. It’s really puzzling. And there are almost always three baristas standing by the machine chatting. Also the people that work there are all hipsters, and since I’m not, I don’t often get smiles or friendliness. Another not great thing: they won’t let you enter your own tip, they ask you, “what would you like to tip?” I want to support local biz during the pandemic but I don’t like being guilted into tipping. I always say, “I’ll tip in cash.”
Unfortunately the drinks are always amazing, and this is one of the few places that makes cappuccino foam properly, so I have to come back.
It’s also been really nice during the pandemic that they have outside picnic tables so you can get out of your house and be around others.

I just went into this place. I was skeptical, it was early and I was very grumpy. After I tasted their white chocolate mocha, I was floored. Best one I've had in my life. Then I had their biscuit breakfast sandwich. I'm from the South and could tell it was fresh made. I'm literally going to go out of my way to get their coffee... Everyone was friendly. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

I love this place. Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. I sometimes go there to work or just to get a quick coffee. Has outside seating for nicer seasons. Their breakfast sandwiches are tasty and their coffee is good.
