Went in there to get coffee this morning and ordered a medium vanilla latte. When I finally tasted it, it tasted really burnt and like they forgot the vanilla. For as much as i paid and as long as I waited for it it was a big disappointment. Unfortunately i was about 15 minutes from the coffee shop when i figured it out so I couldn't go back.

The coffee is the best
The people are a mixed bag. You have a 50/50 chance of getting someone friendly.
The hours are the worst. It's barely open during the day and calls itself "insomnia" but will barely see the sunset in winter.

Used to go here daily for years bc we loved the staff, environment, and coffee. In the last few months we’ve been here maybe a handful of times due to having to wait 30+min for mobile orders on many many many occasions. The staff has changed drastically as well and unfortunately the combination of the two is enough for us to go elsewhere 😭

The atmosphere and quality of this place was incredible pre covid epidemic, and while they've done well with managing post epidemic changes the quality of the drinks at this location have fallen in my opinion. Maybe it's placebo and just the difference between drinking a mocha out of a big comfy mug verses a stale generic Starbucks cup to go. I feel like they're missing an opportunity by not setting themselves apart from the competition in that regard. There's pretty much no reason to choose them over another generic coffee place like Starbucks other then the fact that other companies are corrupt as hell.
Customer service isn't too great. I had a drink that was not to my liking and casually mentioned this but there was no offer to replace it. I don't complain and simply purchased another drink, but other establishments would have jumped to correct any error.

This is a nice chic coffee house.
This venue is in a strip mall so they have shared parking. The lot can be pretty full but you will always find an open spot.
The look on the inside of the coffee house is pretty chic. They have wood stump coffee tables, a ton of unique furniture, and some high chairs.
The service wasn't that great but it was fast. I was able to order a black forest mocha with chocolate whip cream. Very sweet drink and I want some more.

The raspberry scone and gluten free peanut butter cookie were excellent with our apricot green tea and Chai tea latte.

Unfortunately I find the drinks to be inconsistent. Excellent one day, not great another day. I still come because it’s close and I prefer it over Starbucks, but I wish I could trust that things would be great every time.

Great locally owned coffee shop. Uses blends from local roaster, Dapper & Wise, and has multiple pastry options for snacks to go along with your beverages.
Has both indoor and patio seating.
This shop is surrounded by office parks, single home neighborhoods, apartment complexes and three large parks, meaning that it gets a ton of business. While lines can be long (particularly on weekend mornings), the staff is attentive and professional. They always have kind words and smiles even as they cycle through a myriad of orders.

Seriously one of the most impressive coffee shops I have ever been to, and I have tried a lot. Their coffee is especially diverse in what they offer on the menu, my personal favorite being the Aztec Mocha, which has a cinnamon taste mixed with the chocolate for a gritty, sweet, and savory taste that's also smooth. My girlfriend is a major fan of the honey cardamom latte.
We've been visiting this ship since we moved here in September of 2018 and we'll continue to be regulars until we move or fall over. All of the employees are amazing, genuine, and accurate, and there's never a bad experience with customer service. Most of them don't even ask our names anymore when we order, and they even remember our conversations from the previous visit.
This is a genuinely special shop and I love the atmosphere, tastes, and people.

Went in with my partner for coffee and a sando. We ordered. Sat down. I Walk up to the counter to ask the cashier for the Wi-Fi password gave me a funny face and pointed at the sign like I was supposed to know that. Then our drinks were ready but they forgot about the sando. I went up to ask the same cashier that took my order where the sando was and he asked me what kind it was I looked confused because I thought he would know since he took the order. We finally grabbed the sando. Not sure if it was just the people working but I definitely won’t be back. London fog was good tho.
