Insomnia Coffee Co - Tanasbourne

They know me and my wife by name. The whole staff is super friendly, but specifically Maria is amazing, Luey is great, Denzel is the man, and Sofie is so polite. They are always friendly and honestly the best coffee place around. I no longer step foot in any other coffee spot.

Normally quite pleased with what I get here. Tried a few espresso drinks and they typically do great work. As long as the shots are pulled right you can pretty much order anything and you'll be stoked. The real caramel latte is solid. My only gripe is simply the price. Great coffee, but you're definitely paying for it. Oh, and they typically do have oat milk

Been here several times on our way out from Portland. Trendy area with great tasting coffee. We heave not had a drink we didn't like. Have too wait a bit but if you want good coffee it takes time... when the weather is nice we sit outdoors. Restrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

Their Latte/Cappucino/Mocha is amazing!
I didn’t like bakery items - Cinnamon roll was too sugary, not very fresh ; Menu said Quiche had tomato & basil but it was plain ; bagel was average ..

The atmosphere is cool, nice interesting furniture in the shop. The service is usually fast and cool. However, the coffee is not quite as good as the other shops in Portland, but you take what you get out here in Hillsboro. Try their cinnamon rolls!

Their blended mocha had chocolate whip cream which was unexpected and awesome! The coffee is great, the staff is super cool, and there's tons of comfortable seating. Not a surplus of plugs for electronics, but you could probably find at least one if you're camping out there for a bit.

The atmosphere is super friendly, the employees are really chill and some are pretty cute to! Coffee is always good i personally like the aztec mocha blended. Sometimes they are really busy but they do offer outside seating good for a study atmosphere if needed.
