This is one of my go-to coffee drive thrus. The coffee is not overly saturated with sugar or syrup when you get it. Their Baristas are always helpful when I am not sure what I want. Gentleman this morning with glasses and curly-ish hair assisted me with my beverage. I could not find what I was lookin for on the menu, but he helped me figure it out in timely manner and I had my latte in 3-5 mins.

Been going here for 2 plus years I am known by face and name. I get a medium white chocolate latte with a extra shot and extra flavor. My price has never been over 5 and some change. But TODAY 7/25/2022 I pull up to the drive thru and the so called manager who looks like she literally rolled out of bed an opened the coffee shop and was also very rude says $7.98 ummmm whyyyy??? She says the prices went up but the public pricing menu that’s on the building says $4.00 for a medium latte and extra $.75 cents for a extra shot and $.75 cents for extra flavor. So my math says $4.00 + $.75 + $.75 = $5.50
I do not appreciate being charged so much more when I have supported aspen coffee for two plus years now literally EVERY DAY! Finally after the way I was treated this morning I will NEVER go back. It’s sad because I loved MOST of the employees there. I’m more sad then mad. Also the way the manager hung out the window to scream BYE was very inappropriate like she was being extremely sarcastic.

Pic of example here… this large coffee from a global chain coffee shop (Starbucks) was $6. And some change. Compared to a medium at aspen for $7.98 hmmm…

Very rude service, heard the staff talking about us and directly looked us in the eyes with disgust at us.. confused at what we did? All we did was drive up to the drive through wanting some coffee and left feeling sad 😞

Staff more interested in chatting with friends through the window and making the people in line wait 10 min than quick quality service. So no. And prices went up with lower quality service? And they hand you that nasty iPad that is never clean.

I usually really enjoy getting coffee from here, but I have no idea what’s happening the past few times I’ve gotten stuff. Two times in a row I’ve received a sausage roll that still has raw dough around it. The price of the items I get fluctuates every visit, and for some reason they decided to implement an iPad system during an insane wave of sicknesses in the US. It’s insanely unsanitary to hand an iPad to customers in their car and hand it back to the employees. The employees cannot be sanitizing the surface. It’s so gross. I go to drive thrus to minimize any contact I have with people, so this new system has discouraged me greatly from coming again. The iPad, the raw dough, and inconsistent pricing is enough for me to not go again.

Really cute lil coffee shop. Fast service and friendly staff. I got an iced caramel macchiato and a lemon poppyseed muffin, which was so good (very soft and perfectly sweet). Highly recommend.

They have some work to do. I mainly get coffee at a different aspen, but when pressed for time I grab it at the hut. The staff is ok but the coffee is always different. I get the same thing all the time and even though the taste varies slightly depending on who makes it ( some staff do an excellent job every time!) most times When I get it at the hut it tastes terrible. Not sure if it’s a tactic but either way it doesn’t put Aspen in a good light.

This place is definitely a winner. Their coffee is excellent and their service is beyond friendly. I will never, ever go anywhere else for coffee again. Their prices are excellent, and honestly, why keep over paying for scorched coffee with a green logo?
