This is our neighborhood coffee shop. We’ve been going here for +3 years. Wanted to make these comments so the management would correct failings we have seen developing. The pastries and sausage rolls are not being cooked long enough. I’ve noticed it on the sausage rolls for awhile, and we ordered cranberry scones the other day, and it was even more evident. Wet and soft instead of fluffy or flakey. Hopefully management will do some quality control and adjust temperature or baking time.

Coffee and espresso drinks are good and that’s important. Correct the baking problem and it would improve our experience.

They have lost my order twice in a row, and I am not sure I will be back again. Great vibes and atmosphere but they prioritize letting people hang around the bar and distract them from making peoples orders. I tried to make it a point to stop in from out of town but it is a little annoying they can’t ever seem to prioritize my order, only their local friends instead

Would be "5" star but it seems I can't get a really HOT Latte. I continue to ask for a VERY hot Latte but they are mostly just warm. I know the folks behind the counter are in a hurry but only warm isn't good.

I went with some coworkers but am not a coffee drinker. I asked the guy at the counter for just a plain iced tea. What I got was not plain iced tea, it was chai or some kind of spiced tea. I thought I would be able to go ahead and drink it but the more I drank the less tolerable it became. The place was very busy so we ended up taking our drinks to go so I couldn't return it.

Amazing local coffee company! Everything you want in a coffee shop. Wonderful service, lots of options, cool relaxing atmosphere!

My hot drink was delicious, and the blueberry muffin great. Service was friendly and prompt. I would recommend this Aspen for everyone.
