Amazing staff and the coffee is fabulous! I'm a huge fan and have banned Starbucks 😆 thank you guys for being ROCKSTARS

I only have one issue at all with this place, but it's a big one. They are very slow. They are very nice, the coffee is great, it's clean, but it takes forever to get you your drinks.

Just paid $11.45 for two medium strawberry smoothies in the drive through. Listed at $3.50 ea what am I missing here? Is there really a $4.45 tax on a $7.00 purchase in Sand Springs? I couldn’t tell you because they don’t give receipts! Not happy

Absolutely ridiculous that this big of a company can't figure out how to speed up the ordering process. If you go after 9:00 everybody wants a coffee because the competition is closed. You will definitely wait in line 45 minutes if not an hour for a coffee. I will not be back!!!

The wait in the drive thru line is ridiculous. People behind you will get their drink before you. And yes even when you have 1 thing. And no I don't wanna chit chat with some teen about absolutely nothing. Hire some people who know what real customer service is.

The coffee was good, and the lady at the drive through window was LITERALLY SO NICE!! I'm seriously only leaving this review to brag on how nice and chatty the employee was haha. Thats all!
