Dutch Bros Coffee

My only complaint is that there aren't more locations. I only get to stop here when I'm headed to go fishing at the lake. So love their coffee.

Employees have such a SoCal vibe. Very kind and chill. Knowledgeable about coffee. Fast, talkative, and friendly. Yummy coffee!

Went here today I love how the staff are friendly and can goof around and the drinks taste better than Starbucks I like golden eagle drink it's very good definitely recommend

your employee Ashtyn flipped me off for no reason on the road outside of the parking lot I hope you fire her that's no way to treat a customer that is driving by

Im very happy that Dutch Brothers opened in Sand Springs. I'm a frequent customer. And will continue to be a customer.

Wait times are to be expected when there are long lines of cars and walk up customers. But today, 12Sep2022, was not a heavy customer day. Today at 2:30pm there were only two workers. They were doing the best they could. Still, a few cars left after waiting to have their order taken.

Management needs to take responsibility for the under staffing and make sure it doesn't happen again. The two workers need to be compensated for the stressful situation.

Great coffee, fantastic service, friendly staff, low wait time even though the line was long.
However, with a new business in my town I decided to see how much they are paying employees. $8.50/hr..
Though above minimum wage, it is not a livable job for any full-time employees. High school job at best.

Would give 5 stars but the music is just way too loud every time we go there. I understand listening to music while working but i don’t want to wear the music

This location is great! Nice kids and great service. Expect to wait in line when you go during a busy time. This place is a desired coffee spot for a reason. Don't got here if you're in a rush. Anyway, they do need signs to get into the drive thru! Will be back!

Update: Why is every response to take another step and notify their customer care team? Didn't I already notify with this review? Great coffee but the lines are way too long almost every time I come here. It's not convenient to just "stop by" at all. Way too chit chatty which is painful for me as an introvert!

I’ve become a regular and I can’t say enough good things about Dutch in SS. The staff is amazing - so kind and friendly and efficient. The coffee and other drinks are always on point. Going by to get a morning coffee before work always makes my day. Highly recommend.
