Drinks are great, great customer service... 4 star because service at the drive thru is very slow. I have already provided feedback. We'll keep going back to see if that extra star happens

Coffee is delicious, I love the caramelizer it’s so yummy. The drive through lines can take a while, but if you walk up it’s super quick! The first time I went with my husband we didn’t love the forced conversation. We are both more introverted so that’s mainly why. Next time wasn’t as bad, and we also knew what to expect. Honestly good coffee, we will definitely be back to try more flavors!

Love Dutch Bros but this location is sooooo slow regardless of the weather allowing someone outside to take orders or not. Maybe Stillwater just has an exceptional crew being the one I am used to but this location in SS you definitely have to have the time to sit and wait. Currently I am 16 minutes into waiting and there were only 4 cars ahead of me in the line. Can’t bail so I’m just late to where I need to be now but I know the coffee will be tasty at least.

This was my first visit, and I love that they have a drive thru like Chick-fil-A. So far I've had an iced Caramelizer. YUM!

Coffee was good! Be ready to wait 30min+ in the drive thru line… came here on a Saturday(45min) then Sunday(1 hour) just cause I couldn’t believe how long it took the first time. Same issue 2nd day.

My beverage was perfect and minimal wait time. But I do have say, the only negative part was them blasting their music over the speakers loud enough to drown out my voice.

Slowest coffee place on the earth. Don't go unless, you have an hour to kill and don't mind progressive looking individuals asking your weekend plans. 4 cars in front of me and I have been in line for probably 35mins. Each car is at the window for 5 to 10 mins each. Not efficient at allllllll. .... 🙄🤮

We pulled in 3rd car in line. We waited over 20 minutes, and the car ahead of us still hadn't received their drinks. So we left. The ordering process is very slow and outdated.

The loooooooongest drive through I have ever experienced. Save your morning and go to Starbucks, it taste better there anyway. And at least the baristas aren’t singing and dancing instead of making coffee.

So happy we got this place in Sand springs! The frozen tuxedo is my new favorite coffee! Get the extra espresso shot makes it perfect! Fair prices for amazing coffee. They plenty of other options than just coffee. Check them out! Amazing customer service, friendly and conveniently located. If there is a line no worries they're quick! I've seen other people talking about them being slow... I haven't had that experience.
