Dutch Bros Coffee

There was a bit of a wait but it is understandable because they are busy and popular. The workers are very polite and sweet, working at a fast food/drink place isn't easy but they have a good attitude. I got the large hazelnut truffle mocha with oat milk extra sweet and it wasn't as sweet as normal but still tasted good. Would recommend!

I love Dutch bros. The employees are always so kind and the atmosphere is awesome. It is super welcoming. They always have music going and usually some of the workers are dancing and singing. It is a blast. I love their rebel drinks. I'm not a fan of their coffee tho

It took 25 minutes to get through the line just now.

25 minutes. For coffee.

I noticed it was taking some time, so I started the timer on my phone. This isn’t a time exaggeration.

Of course, once you’re in line, there’s no way out.
They need to get more help or figure out how to move faster. This was in a Saturday. I can’t imagine had it been a work day.

I waited almost 15 minutes in line. There was a person taking orders for about 3 people then they never came back out. So you had to wait to get to the window to order and then wait for them to make it. The muffin tops are good and the coffee was good but honestly it takes way too long because you're not able to order in advance.

I've been here over 3 times and every single time I waited for over 30 minutes for a DRINK.
I refuse to stop at this location again!!
I am now driving out of my way to 51st and Harvard because the quality of the drinks and service is far better.
PLEASE DO BETTER! We love Dutch Bros and this location is really close to our home and right by my husband's job but it's misery every time I go!!

After waiting in line for over an hour, the kid handling payments never washes his hands after taking my money, then grabs the cups by sticking his finger INSIDE one cup, over the rim. After stirring one drink, goes to stir the other (different) drink with the same spoon but catches me watching him so he rinsed it off.
Never got an apology for the wait/slow service, never got thanked for my order.
If this had been my first experience with your chain, I promise it would have been my last. Luckily, the Stillwater store is not like yours.

Waited one hour in line for two drinks on a Saturday from 3:00 - 4:00. Unfortunately that is not an exaggeration. Either management keeps this location chronically understaffed or employees simply don’t care. Just go to Starbucks two minutes away or a different location and save a bunch of time.

The longer they’re open, the slower the service gets. Great drinks, and nice staff. But as I’m writing this I’ve been here for 45 minutes. With the way the drive through is set up, you also have no option to leave.

The coffee is great. My mom and dad love this place and when I'm with them or having a bad day they buy me one despite the fact that I HATE the taste of coffee. But the people here really listen and care about what they are making and sending out and everytime I have come they have made me a drink I LOVED!! Plus they are really nice and friendly. And the service is quick most of the time..

LOVE all of the broistas at Sand Springs! They always make my nitro cold brew perfectly and are so friendly. My favorite place to grab an afternoon pick me up. My only complaint is the wait time. They always seem to be understaffed especially on weekends. It’s been hard for every business lately so I get it and all the employees are very young. I just always prepare for a 20-30 minute wait... while the employees are always super nice they have 0 sense of urgency. They will clock out and leave even if there is 20 + people in line. I have never worked anywhere that would allow employees to clock out at their time to leave if they were slammed like this.
